Name: Dlanor A. Knox, also known as "Death Sentence Dlanor" or "Dlanor of the Ten Wedges"
Age: Was born, at earliest, in 1945, and at latest 1947. Stopped aging in 1957, exact age from there unknown. Appears fairly young, though.
Sex: Female
Appearance: "A check of this location has been FINISHED." "<Die the death! Sentence to death! Great Equalizer is the Death!>" Full body shot for reference.
Chosen Power/Tech: Dlanor's natural abilities include a slow healing ability(it takes hours, but her wounds will heal perfectly), being insanely durable and hard to kill(don't destroy the brain and she'll probably be fine) and being so stoic she doesn't show pain. She wields the Red Key and the Blue Key, a pair of powerful conceptual weapons. The Red Key, a huge longsword, is her weapon of choice. It is capable of annihilating concepts that Dlanor is capable of denying. This allows her to literally destroy an argument, and by doing so damage an enemy. The Red Key can also be used as a regular, extremely deadly, sword. It cannot be blocked(unless the weapon doing so is powerfully magical) or slowed, and teleportation is ineffective against it, however it is possible to evade it unless you originate from the Umineko universe(in which case it's an unblockable undodgeable unslowable instrument of death). The Blue Key is a shortsword that forces self-denial in the target, and can be slowed or blocked, and dodged more freely. Dlanor may not use the Red Key unless it is against violators of Knox's Decalogue, or she is threatened or hindered in her mission.
Faction: The Court of Heaven/(Hint: Not the bad guys)
World of Origin: The World of Umineko no Naku Koro ni(specifically, Heaven)
Personality: Dlanor is extremely calm, focused, and collected. She is dedicated to her often violent duty of executing violators of Knox's Decalogue. She will not, however, pursue a violator unless the Court of Heaven orders her to. In addition, she will only use the Red Key against those who threaten her or hinder her mission. Violators are frequently the extremely powerful reality-warping magic users known as Witches. Dlanor strives to eliminate evil, and will seek to do so whenever possible. She believes magic is only bad when used as a tool for evil. She is stoic to the point of not showing pain even after being pierced by multiple spears. She shows no mercy to those who she is executing. In spite of this serious and stoic personality, Dlanor has a sweet tooth and often reads certain kinds of comics, and has a dislike of being doted on. During executions or fights, she often drops her serious and stoic air in exchange for an outright insane expression and crazed behavior.
Bio: Dlanor A. Knox is an Inquisitor of Heaven. Involved with the events of the Witch's Game on Rokkenjima island, she has since been ordered to track down and kill violators of Knox's Decalogue outside of her home universe. She intends to follow these orders to the end.

Chosen Power/Tech: These. Which are also incredibly hard to sum up in my own words so, um, yeah.
Faction: Mother!
World of Origin: The World of the Nasuverse
Personality: Jack is, at most times, extremely shy to an almost crippling extent. It takes a great deal of time for her to grow used to the presence of others, and she is generally more willing to speak to women then men. She will latch onto her master, if they are female, and treat them as a Mother, even referring to them as such. Her clothing embarrasses her, and she is very shy of going out during the day. While she's intelligent and quick to think, she seems to possess an innocence fitting of her appearance. However, her shyness is removed in a fight. She goes cold and unemotional in most fights, her attacks generally fast, vicious, and aimed to disembowel. Jack will refuse to fight other children, or harm them in any way. Other children are the only people, aside from her "Mother", whom she will freely associate with without shyly retreating. Harming, abandoning, or killing children will earn a rage-filled and crazed attack from Jack(unfitting for her class), who will stop at nothing to kill the perpetrator. Though she will also attempt to kill any people she perceives as bad, unless she is stopped by her Master. Betraying her trust is both cruel and a tremendously bad idea, as she is liable to attack with intent to kill in retaliation.
Bio: The perpetrator of a bizarre series of murders in Victorian London, the young girl never had a real name and therefore goes by what the public had labeled her: Jack the Ripper. After a string of madness-induced murders, she died of starvation and went on to become a Heroic Spirit, eligible to be summoned as a Servant.

According to the Red Pirates, the Dresspheres were the prototypes to both the Ranger Keys and the Shards, as they are from the pyreflies of the deceased condensed into spheres. To start, she only has her Gunner Dressphere, but later she'll obtain more and more Dresspheres. Seen Here.

• Personality: Yuna is naive, believing that everyone is good at heart, even if they don't seem to show it. It's also because of this that she values life over herself, being loyal and kind-hearted to others. Her sense of idealism and thinking that life is sacred caused her to consider plans that involve death or sacrifice to be dumb and not to be used, even as a last resort.
  
• Saying: "I don't like plans that involve sacrifice... They're stupid."
  
• Bio: Yuna was once a summoner, who went on a pilgrimage to stop Sin, like many summoners before her. However, her guardians, including one person by the name of Tidus who was introduced into her life, object to this, knowing the Pilgrimage will end with her death. Soon, a person by the name of Seymour offered his hand to Yuna, hoping their union will restore hope to Spira. However, it's soon revealed that Seymour was corrupt, though the wedding commenced despite that and a desperate rescue mission by her guardians ensued. During the interrupted wedding, though, a mysterious figure came and attacked most of the people at the wedding, including Seymour, then turned to Yuna and knocked her unconscious. Yuna then awoke in a strange new world, without any memory of her life in Spira. She lived a whole year on this new world, not knowing who she really was and just assuming the role of a freeloader in an apartment, working a day-to-day job as a clothing store.

• Appearance: Human Form - Pony Form
  
• Chosen Power/Tech: He has an ability to generate powerful shields that can repel attacks and intruders, and can generate ones that can engulf entire castles. However, the maintaining of the shield relies solely on Shane's mental capacity, so creating one that does engulf something of that size will leave him with a headache unless he gets treated for it. If left untreated, the headache overwhelms Shane and the shield collapses. It can also collapse if Shane is emotionally distracted.
  
• Secondary Power: Shane possesses enough Spiral Energy to evolve to a human form. However, Shane doesn't know any techniques to pull with the Spiral Energy save for one, where he combines it with his Shield powers to create a shield full of drills ala Giga Drill Maximum. However, this is very draining and can only last a few seconds before the shield and drills collapse, and it results in Shane going back to Pony Form with a massive headache.

• Personality: Shane is devotion incarnate, sacrificing whatever he could to ensure the Brotherhood's Mission would succeed, though one of the things he refuses to sacrifice is lives, though unlike Yuna, he views the sacrifice of lives as a last resort. However, he sees his devotion as a curse, as he recalled how this very same devotion split him from one of the only few people he loved: his sister, and thus, also has lots of regret about that.
  
• Saying: "Don't pick a fight with your sibling, for it might be the last time you ever get to speak to them."
  
• Bio: Shane Sparks, or in his world, Shining Armor, was the Captain of the Royal Guard, who fell in love with and soon was engaged to Princess Cadance. The royal wedding plans would have gone smoothly had it not been for a threat addressed to the safety of Canterlot. At the request of Princess Celestia, Shining Armor created a shield that guarded all of Canterlot, though his headaches were getting to him. However, his fiance was there to heal and mend those headaches... or so he thought. In reality, she was brainwashing him. When his sister came to Canterlot and eventually witnessed Cadance's spell, she confronted her and called her evil. By this point, Shining Armor, both from his own emotions and presumably from the brainwashing, became furious and disowned his sister, telling her not to come to the wedding. Soon, the wedding came, but was interrupted by a dark and monstrous figure who bursted through the doors, exposed Cadance as an impostor, and then killed her swiftly and violently in a huge struggle. The monster fled away, with the impostor's death breaking the brainwashing that he received. Confused at the mess, he realized that he should apologize to his sister, but nobody had seen her since she confronted Cadance. She was soon declared missing with a search party sent out for her. Eventually, she was presumed dead, much to Shane's dismay. It soon caused great despair in Shining Armor, until a man by the name of Ikari Gai came to him and offered him a spot in the Brotherhood, promising him answers as to who the monstrous figure was and if his sister was truly dead. Shining Armor agreed, but decided to skip the latter, wanting to leave the past behind him. Gai then gave him some Spiral Energy for him to become human so as to assist him with leaving behind the past. And so he joined the Brotherhood and eventually became the Captain of the U.S.S. Peacecraft.

Chosen Power/Tech: Okumura Rin's powers:
Start off with superhuman strenght (able to lift the front of a car), little to no control over his blue flames (which leads to them lacking focus) and immunity to energy-draining substances (like poison). Also has Kurikara, a sword that allows him to tap into his demon side. And is a great cook.
As things proceed, he'll obtain a better control of his blue flames, the ability to tame demonic animals, demon telepathy, low-speed regeneration and other powers that will appear as the manga continues.
Faction: The Brotherhood
World of Origin: World of Lilim
Personality: Jacob is calm and controlled, having been raised by a family that wants him to be a "true nobleman". He always focuses on the job, hates slackers, loves yelling out orders and has great potential to be a captain or something. However, he wants to be recognized as a great hero, and will do anything to obtain said title. Has also a horrible sense of humor, and can only process sarcasm.
Bio: Jacob was raised by a family that considered itself "the last great nobles of America", parents who wanted their child to be raised like a proper nobleman. Therefore, he went to the greatest schools in the country, and was trained by the best masters money could afford. The result was a teenager who would be perfect for the military, but also has a side that wants to be recognized by everyone in the world (and the Multiverse).
Name: Zhi
Age: 19
Sex: Female

Chosen Power/Tech: She's the Avatar. Don't tell anyone, though. Starts off as being a master of both firebending and earthbending, but is horrible at waterbending and total crap at airbending (a fact that she hates, considering air is her natural element). Will, eventually, learn how to control them.
Faction: The Brotherhood
World of Origin: World of Avatar: The Last Airbender
Personality: Zhi has some personality traits from her mother and some from her father, but don't you dare tell her that. She takes pride in being an independent woman that doesn't need her family, has a short temper and considers herself to be the toughest girl in the world. However, years of having to keep her identity as the Avatar a secret made her a girl that loves attention, and that never faces her fears head-on, always dodging around them.
Bio: Born in Gaoling after the conflict with Dai-Shocker, the first thing that was decided about Zhi was that her identity as the Avatar would be kept a secret. The only ones that know about it are her family, most of the royals from all the different states (like Ozu, Azula, and Councilman Sokka) and the Order of the White Lotus. It was decided that her identity would only be revealed once she became a master of the four elements and of the spiritual side. However, while she displayed excellency at firebending and earthbending, she could never get the hang of waterbending (eventually giving up training and returning home by herself), airbending (never having an Air Nomad to train her, and being raised on a family that did not follow the Nomads' philosophy) or her spiritual side. It's been three years since she finished her earthbending training with Chief Bei Fong, and those three years have mostly been spent on visits to Republic City or the Fire States and multiple failed attempts at training airbending with her father.

Speaking of which, these two aren't really characters, but I guess it's probably a good idea to get bios posted for them since they're going to be there sometimes, even if they're not actually visible or even doing anything in the slightest when they are.

Age: 20-23 in appearance
Sex: Female
Appearance: "Allow me to speak."
Chosen Power/Tech: Gertrude has the same healing abilities as Dlanor. However, she is not capable of any sort of offense, only of producing powerful barriers at Dlanor's request.
Faction: The Court of Heaven/(Hint: Not the bad guys)
World of Origin: The World of Umineko no Naku Koro ni(specifically, Heaven)
Personality: Gertrude seems to go even further into stoicism than Dlanor. While Dlanor does show some emotion when she's on duty, yet normally keeps herself reserved, Gertrude seems to have perfected the art of keeping herself completely calm. That said, she often gives Dlanor motherly attention. This includes appearing to wipe Dlanor's mouth after meals, something Dlanor dislikes. She tends to speak by starting her sentences with "Allow me to speak. Let it be said that..."
Bio: A first-class priest and an underling of Dlanor A. Knox, Gertrude is part of Dlanor's team, and is at most times accompanying her, invisible until she's needed(or she decides Dlanor needs some kind of care.)

Personality: In spite of attempting to maintain a stoic and focused attitude, Cornelia is remarkably hot-blooded even when she tries to keep it restrained. She is very new to the job of being an Inquisitor of Heaven, and she has yet to have full experience with the job(even after Rokkenjima). She looks up to Dlanor and Gertrude a great deal, and tries to emulate their calmness as best as possible.

•World of Origin: Lilim, His shard was one of the last that remained in that world.
•Personality: Abe is in many respects like an attack dog; dangerous, fiercely persistent and unswervingly loyal to (Insert Big Bad of S2 here). But his current mindset is mainly because of the Big Bad convincing him that he isn't just some worthless blind man and that he can do great things with the gift offered to him (The gift being the soul shard of a super-powered Zombie that serves a genocidal darwinist). But aside from his blind zeal, he has an adamant sense of Honor, Gratitude and Justice that stops him from doing seriously low-blow acts like betraying his foes after an Enemy Mine, attacking them while they're weak and vulnerable or using psychological warfare to weaken their wills. Taking hostages or putting innocents at risk are the only orders that he will never obey.
•Bio: The only son of a middle class English Family, Abe was born blind and as such was cared and protected far more than the usual for a normal child by his parents. While Mrs and Mr Fitzgerald thought that it was a good idea since he was so impaired, Abe thought otherwise. He felt like he was a drain on his parents' resources and that he was weighing their desires and dreams down with his needs. Thus causing him to develop a rather unhealthy lack of self-worth and desire aside from helping people to the best of his ability, while his desire to help others was admirable; more often than not, he ends up being the one needing to be helped; thus strengthening his belief that he was indeed worthless. Just as his depression was about to hit it's peak, A mysterious figure appears before him with an offer to finally be able to truly help people...

OBD is an incredibly bad source, given that because she moved fast enough that she was hard to keep track of, they decided Dlanor moves faster than light.

So, um, yeah. Avoid using them for anything.

Urrrrgghh... Fine! This is what his capabilities are: The superhuman stuff is his skin is bulletproof only to anything that's got less muzzle velocity and penetrating power than a rifle bullet (Which is to say most handgun bullets; save for the 5.7 or the 4.6), his reaction IS fast; but not enough to block or dodge bullets, or intercept an RPG rocket heading his way with a laser blast and lastly, those energy attacks of his? Think of Starfire's but weaker, slower and can't use them as much or as often. If you guys hate OBD THAT much, then I'll try my best to not link to that site; even though SOME articles are fairly accurate in determining the true capabilities of a character.

The problem is that it declares Nanoha Signum to be capable of beating Saber, despite Saber's being capable of ignoring Signum's only magic attack and being much stronger and faster. Somehow, they concluded Signum moves at Mach 40 and Saber 26. Saber's top speed is about Mach 3 using Invisible Air for a boost. That's just ONE bit of stupidity.

Since that's what he displays in the game, it sounds fine. Master swordsmanship is unlikely given there was no sword FIGHTING.

Still, those movements the Star makes to perform attacks suggest a high level of skill and not just some untrained irregular who only swings those blades about.
