Because there's no in character reasons for it to happen? The best you've got seems to be pushiness, which would just be more annoying. The entirety of Hades Party has exchanged maybe two or three conversations with Oleg and those were highly situational. There is NOTHING to indicate they would make friends over the timeskip and 'because I want to be part of jt' is not a good enough reason. ._.

So what, when he shows up to hang out after victory, you'd kick him out? That would be logical and in character?
And that "letting me in" included other characters. Would you not let them in or outright ignore them, despite all potential?

That said, Val's been shown to be a pretty gracious host...and has both invited a Brotherhood member over for a chat and reacted rather politely to other Brotherhood members showing up uninvited in the middle of dinner #1.
So it could go either way, really.

There is an in character reason: Oleg DOES want to become friends. That WAS my first reaction to your whole company showing up, before the arguing ruined it.
And if you'll be a bitch there, well... There are still others and that one can be ignored. (And wasn't April supposed to be less of a bad?)
Aand other characters, such as Hitoshura? What are you gonna say about them?

Well, I was planning on having her already having world-hopped(with a 'vacation' excuse).
However, doing it on her world would work fine, since there's a nice beach there and everything.

Chizuru would just beat people up, but introducing her would be a bad idea. She'd be overpowered.
Sanae, on the other hand... yeah, I can imagine her chasing Ika through the multiverse.
