I don't think she could actually kill him for anything. Being in a hilariously bad fanfic does not qualify you for execution.
Also, I kind of think it's sort of unlikely fanfic universes exist. Because that would just be weird.

Again, it'd be weird if fanfic universes existed. I'd be sending Dlanor to canon universes.
The qualifications for execution would need to be "is a very bad person" and "has violated Knox's Decalogue".

Ozu keeps it to wine on romantic evenings with Azula.
Anny drinks occasionally, and tries to avoid getting blind drunk.
Murray and the Protoforged are machines and thus can't drink anyway.

Flanker doesn't drink alcohol (just like me! =P).
I don't know if reploids can get drunk or not (if we're going the absurdly humanlike route, I don't see why not though)... Elpizo would probably only drink the very occasional glass of wine, though.
Pharaohman probably doesn't drink.
Abel... well, he could drink (and get drunk), but his augmentations would end up sobering him up much faster than a normal human being (a similar thing would happen with smoking - augmentations will simply reverse the damage, depending on their nature). 'Tis a mystery whether he drinks or not.
...I have a lot of teetotalers.
