This follows on from Heaven's Feel. The Great Grail wasn't dismantled by Waver, it was shut down for good.I'll attach a poll once we have five or six options available for Ruler. We've already got one (Shiki Eiki, Judge of Paradise). Anyway...
Having taken note of the Holy Grail War orchestrated by the Einzbern, and managed to gather enough information to attempt a replication, a group of Association magi set on creating their own system on the tropical island of St. Kishua, heavy in leylines as it was. Naturally, something went wrong--they should really have sought Einzbern involvement because... They summoned Servants that aren't even Heroic Spirits. Some alive, some dead, all initially rather irritated at being plucked from their normal worlds and dumped into this war, though the fact that there's so many to fuel wishes means that they could even get anything they want in their home worlds, a major incentive to co-operate... Unfortunately for the magi running it, the vessel for the holy grail/the great grail of this war has summoned Ruler, so actually getting any wishes is going to be rather... difficult until she decides it ends.
Right, several ground rules because... I am a bitchy person and dislike certain things for several reasons: - Consult with me first before throwing an EX-Rank Noble Phantasm in. Sometimes people are overranking them, but mostly it's that EX-Ranked stuff is broken if you can use it at will without restrictions (the three canon EX-Ranked NP's that are used are a Servant army, a world-destroying sword, and god mode, ffs).
- NO REGENERATION. If you can, turn it into Battle Continuation or something, or impose a limit. Do NOT have 'can regenerate endlessly from anything unless some obscure criterion is met'. Unlike canon wars, if you don't recognise someone, there's no easy way to sort possibilities, especially given that magi aren't technologically inclined, even in a holiday resort.
- Limit the number of Noble Phantasms you have unless there's a reason to have loads; three should be the limit. Rider is really, really damn weird.
- If you want two Servants, do a master. >.>
I would like to fill all seven classes before we get three or four Sabers. I know we have characters slated for Archer, Caster, Assassin, and Rider... so that's only three before the floodgates open. Oh, and don't forget to do Masters. >.< BIO FORMATS- Name:

- Class: Caster
- Master: None.
- True Name: Mattias Cronqvist/Dracula
- Gender: Male
- Alignment: Chaotic Evil
- Appearance: What is a man? A miserable little pile of secrets!
- Personality: Count Dracula is, in effect, the concentration of all evil in the Castlevania universe. This does not mean he is uncivilized. To the contrary, his castle has entire wings (for however long before it decides to shift) dedicated to housing his collection of art, anachronistic scientific developments (circa 1800, this included robots, lasers, motorcycles, radios, and a zeppelin), and even a tremendous library seemingly containing every book ever written. Dracula is, indeed, quite cultured. He is still the lord of all darkness, however, and seeks the destruction of humanity after the loss of two wives. He maintains a civil air with his opponents, and despite the fact he's been defeated dozens of times is still very confident in his abilities.
- Stats:
- Strength: C
- Endurance: B
- Agility: C
- Magical Energy: A+
- Luck: E
- Noble Phantasm (Rank): A+
- Class Skills:
- Territory Creation (A+): The halls of Castlevania bend to his will, creating whatever its master desires.
- Personal Skills:
- Animal Control (B): Some creatures of the night are sensitive to the flow of darkness and are attracted to its source. Those attracted will not hesitate to serve the controller of the darkness. These creatures are bats, wolves, owls, rats, ravens, crows, worms, caterpillars, toads, and frogs.
- Eye For Art (E): Regardless of the iteration or arrangement, Castlevania always has at least one wing dedicated to displaying some of the paintings, sculptures, and other museum pieces Dracula has accumulated over the centuries.
- Golden Rule (B):
Dracula has so much money, he ran out of room in the castle's vaults. So he had to begin storing it in the castle's masonry... and in the candlesticks.
- Magic of Chaos (A): Dracula can take on the form of a swarm of bats, a wolf, or a poisonous mist. This ability also covers the spells he casts, from Hellfire and Dark Inferno to Soul Steal and Demonic Meggido.
- Noble Phantasms:
- Castlevania, The Demon Castle of Count Dracula (EX, Anti-Army): Dracula's castle is a supernatural entity in and of itself, its corridors in constant flux. Dracula can use its power to summon countless monsters in order to fight for him, as well as create an area of eternal night within the borders of his Bounded Field. The exact appearance of Castlevania changes every time it is manifested. However, it always contains incredibly well-made magical weapons, which are stored in the Arms Depot, a large library, a chapel, a ballroom, and an art gallery/museum.

- Class: Rider
- Master: N/A
- True Name: Kirisame Marisa
- Gender: Female
- Source: Touhou Project
- Alignment: Chaotic Good
- Appearance: "Time to kick some ass!"
- Personality: Rider is a frequent liar and kleptomaniac. She'll steal anything that looks interesting or useful, provided it's not nailed down, and she'll even steal abilities from people she's met. She's also nearly always cheerful, always interested in a fight, friendly or otherwise, and an incredibly hard worker. To master the magic she has, she needed to train for a very long time. It's likely that most of her life was spent doing so. Rider is extremely confident in her own abilities. She also has no intention of taking the Grail War seriously. At all. Beyond using it as a device for fun fights.
- Stats:
- Strength: D
- Endurance: E
- Agility: B
- Magical Energy: B
- Luck: C
- Noble Phantasm: A
- Class Abilities:
- Riding: A
- Magic Resistance: C
- Skills:
- Danmaku: A+
In her own words, Rider is "The second best human in Gensokyo!" This shows in her skill with the magical bullets known as danmaku.
- Kleptomania: A
Rider is a thief through and through, to the point of having a mental compulsion to steal anything that looks to be of interest and stockpile it in her Master's home. While this sometimes yields useful finds, it is just as likely to bring in random junk.
- Noble Phantasms:
- The Transport of a Witch, Marisa's Broom: C
The bamboo broom that Rider uses for transportation. It is completely indestructible, and while it has no offensive capabilities of its own it allows for pinpoint dodging of enemy projectiles. Rider prefers it as a method of travel, even over walking. It is extremely visible, but also very fast and an allowance of further maneuverability.
- Dynamite Reactor for Magic~Mini-Hakkero: C~A++
A hexagonal magical reactor, small enough to fit comfortably in only one of Marisa's hands. While it does not appear particularly threatening, in reality it is an A-rank source of prana. This magical reactor allows her to preform a variety of attacks using the Mini-Hakkero, some of which reach a devastating level of damage against the enemy. These include: Magicannon "Final Spark": An A++ attack, Master Spark is a massive beam of magic that qualifies as an anti-fortress attack. There are smaller and less powerful variations of this attack that go under various names, and the smaller versions are all anti-army. Comet "Blazing Star": A B-rank anti-personnel attack, Rider surrounds herself in a blazing magical aura before charging at the opponent in order to ram them.

- Name: Mori Nekoko. They let the Japanese guy name her.
- Age: ~10, looks about 20. This is 10 years after Heaven's Feel 5 (AKA, F/SN)
- Gender: Female
- Appearance: "Hi! ^_^"
- Personality: Flighty and funloving, Nekoko doesn't really have much of a serious attitude and just wants to make friends and the like. She also hasn't been introduced to the concept of shame or normality, so it's up to her Servant to explain that the cat ears and tail are obviously fake...
- Abilities: She's the Grail. As she was built into the system to start with, unlike the Einzbern homunculi, she doesn't degrade as Servants are killed off. Her other 'ability' is to basically release some of the power from the contained Heroic Spirits (once everything's finished, they go home, though) as a beam of destruction. No-one should want to attack her, anyway, and she has the most powerful Servant to stop it.
- Bio: Made to be the Grail for this war, raised to... umm... exist. Let's face it, the magi that made her were even worse parents than the Einzbern and basically focused on trying to keep her amused and out of trouble whilst they gathered power and got stuff ready.
- Assets: A house floating by the beach. Yeah, floating. It's best not to question it.
- Servant: Ruler
- Class: Assassin
- Master: TBD
- True Name: ? (Goes by Izayoi Sakuya if you need a non-class name)
- Gender: Female
- Source: Touhou Project
- Alignment: True Neutral
- Appearance: Her eyes are normally blue
- Personality: Calm and collected in all matters, though somewhat sarcastic, Sakuya is the Perfect and Elegant Maid. This isn't to say that she doesn't have some flaws, occasionally doing incredbly stupid things (like opening a window in space) without thinking.
- Stats:
- Strength: D
- Endurance: D
- Agility: A+ (Innate time manipulation assures this, as well as allowing faster speed at the cost of burning mana)
- Magical Energy: C
- Luck: B
- Noble Phantasm: EX
- Class Abilities:
- Beneath Suspicion: A. Equivalent to A-Rank Presence Concealment, with the added bonus of not de-activating if she prefers to attack, so long as a maid is not incongruous with the setting. Naturally, it is rather useless if she's not dressed as a maid.
- Skills:
- Perfect and Elegant Maid: A+. Can maintain an entire mansion on her own, though without the ability to freely use her Noble Phantasm this is rather more difficult. Still, in all domestic arts she is without peer.
- Projectile (Knives): A. Thrown knives are now superior to bullets, as well as being highly accurate. Capable of harming a Servant but still inferior to a Noble Phantasm.
- Stage Magician: A+. Can fool even a Servant with misdirection and trickery, unless they have an equivalent rank in Eye of the Mind, whilst attacking with her knives. Also extremely good for entertaining children.
- Noble Phantasms:
- Luna Dial--Sakuya's World: EX, Support.
Allows the free use of time manipulation to carry literally thousands of knives upon one's person at any time and deploy dozens at imperceptible speeds to create a wall of steel in what appears to be a single motion, as well as speed herself up in brief periods (much like Kiritsugu's attacks). Due to Nasuverse rules (look at the background whenever she stops time), full alteration of the flow of time is only possible when used as a Reality Marble and is vastly more draining than it would normally be. Inside the formed Reality Marble, Sakuya is free to bring time to a dead stop and set up a terrifying array of steel, as well as alter knives in flight and form entire lasers... all out of knives. Description when it gets used. Though she gets out a stopwatch before activating the Reality Marble, there is no necessary physical action to do so. Why get it out? Trickery, quite simply.

So, um... Yeah. >.> Class: Archer True Name: Dio Brando Gender: Male Alignment: Neutral Evil Appearance: "Even Speedwagon is afraid!"Personality: An ambitious, narcissistic, arrogant megalomaniac who believes he stands above all others and is destined to rule the world. He will do anything to get what he wants, and sees nothing wrong with trampling over those weaker than him to achieve his goals. However, he will normally not directly attack someone unless he is provoked or deems them a threat, usually preferring to try and persuade others to work with him. If they disagree, he will have no qualms in disposing of them. Stats: - Strength: B
- Endurance: A
- Agility: B
- Magical Energy: D
- Luck: C
- Noble Phantasm (Rank): A
Class Skills: Skills: - Battle Continuation (A+)
- Charisma (A)
- Projectile (Knives) (B)
- Self-Modification (D)
- Stone Mask Vampire (D): Possesses abilities that trascend humanity due to being transformed into a vampire by an ancient stone mask. Dio's original rank in this was A, but due to having his decapitated head attached to the body of Jonathan Joestar his vampiric powers have been weakened, although he still possesses his formidable strength and resilience, as well as the power to fire out high pressure fluid from his eyes powerful enough to slice stone (which have the unfortunate name of "Space Ripper Stingy Eyes"). Whilst he is able to take immense amounts of punishment, if exposed to sunlight Dio will begin to rapidly disintegrate.
Noble Phantasms: - The World: Dio's World (A) (Anti-Unit): The Stand of Dio Brando, and one of the most powerful of all Stands. In addition to being a formidable opponent, possessing both great strength and speed that is nigh-impossible to see, by calling upon the name of this Noble Phantasm Dio is able to stop time for everyone aside from himself. Whilst in frozen time Dio can move about freely, as though time was passing normally for him, and can strike at his now immobile opponents at his leisure. However, there is a drawback in this terrifying ability: at his current level, Dio is only able to stop time for five seconds from his perception.

So, um, dropping Dio and going to write up a new Servant for one of the untaken classes. Also, I wrote up a Master! Whee! Name: Mary Smith Age: 17 Gender: Female Appearance: So painfully generic.Personality: Really just an average, nerdy teenage girl; generally awkward and easily flustered and frustrated. She has something of an inferiority complex stemming from the view that she's just... Average. She doesn't really stand out of the crowd, and even as a magus she's not exactly notable. She is deathly afraid of how her parents would react to the whole "magus" thing, and tries as best she can to keep them out of the loop about it. Abilities: A magus of mediocre at best skill. Her Element is Fire, although she's kind of reluctant to use any spells for fear of accidently burning the house down. In order to make the most of her limited magical aptitude, Mary has studied Formalcraft as best she can... And is still rather incompetant at it. Bio: Average girl, average family, average life. Mary's life has been so painfully average and uneventful that she'd do almost anything to make things more interesting. The only thing that really sets her out is being the first person in several generations of her family to actually be able to use magecraft, and even then her skill level is mediocre at best and often incompetent. As the only proper mage in her family, she's had to learn magic on her own in secret from dusty old tomes, and even though she found out about Formalcraft, a form of magecraft that was specifically geared towards her level of power and skill, she's still not very good at the whole "magus" thing. Somehow, through either extreme luck or bungling up so badly that the results somehow looped right around from failure to success, she has been able to enter the Grail War, and is intent on making her wish of no longer being so... Average.Assets: Not much, unfortunately. Just her life's savings, which... Don't really amount to much, as well as some supplies for her formalcraft. Her "workshop" is, in fact, her parents' basement, which doubles as her bedroom. Notably, Mary's parents don't know about magecraft or the Grail War, and just assume their daughter is just really into a whole load of new age stuff. Servant: TBA
- Class: Saber
- Master: TBA
- True Name: Adelbert Steiner
- Gender: Male
- Source: Final Fantasy IX
- Alignment: Lawful Good
- Appearance: "There are still things I must protect. Seeing this sky convinced me."
- Personality: A bumbling yet well meaning knight obsessed with upholding the law and protecting his charge. He has no love for criminals and other underhanded types, and it will take something special to make him begin to trust such people. If he believes that his Master is a goodhearted person, he will treat them with respect and support, and will often act in a fatherly manner towards them if they are younger than him. He is very overprotective, however, and will try his best to keep them safe, even if such attempts are seen as obstructive by the very person he's trying to protect. No matter what, though, he always has the best intentions at heart.
- Stats:
- Strength: A
- Endurance: A
- Agility: D
- Magical Energy: C
- Luck: D
- Noble Phantasm: A++
- Class Abilities:
- Skills:
- Noble Phantasms:
- Excalibur II: Emerald Sword of Unforgettable Victory (A++) (Anti-Fortress): The ultimate sword, used by a legendary king. It was forged in another world as an improvement on perfection, and was eventually found by Steiner in Memoria, the world of collective memory. Its emerald blade is unbreakable, and possesses unimaginable strength. It is a Holy elemental sword, and as such deals more damage against evil aligned opponents. Just like the sword it claims to be an improvement over, Excalibur II is capable of firing out a directed blast of destructive energy when its name is called out, although contrary to its claims its power is not noticably any greater than Excalibur's. Due to the extreme power of this Noble Phantasm, Steiner only uses it when he has no other choice, instead relying on his broadsword most of the time.
