Alright. I'll try to find an old recap I did, then update it to the best of my recollection.
One of the big villains of the RPG, Daishuryou, in his quest for vengeance, invades Linkara's world, which is a wild western-themed setting. Two characters who turned against Daishuryou, Suzaku and Wataru fought him, but Daishuryou easily killed Suzaku and Wataru is undone by Kazuma.
Meanwhile, the good guys, who are known formerly as the Imperium, now the Brotherhood, get word of this and head off to Linkara's world.
In another world, two guys, Murray and Gai are fighting off N Daguva Zeba, who wounded Gai. Gai's saved by a humanized form of Daring Do. There's also some girls cooking in Hades, just for a little breather here and there.
Meanwhile, the Brotherhood's leader, Colonel Roy Mustang (from Full Metal Alchemist) and several others are interrogating Griga, with Oleg using the book to create a mindscape to find out where Daishuryou is. There, they meet two people who were turned into crystalized shards and inserted into Griga: Link and Ganondorf, though they're mostly talking to Link.
A character named Alicia has temporal distortions affect her body, and so she gets in pain for a bit. Madokami, meanwhile, talks with AkaRed about the war, and AkaRed flies off to Gokaiger's world to gather the power of the 199 Sentai Warriors.
The Brotherhood arrive to Linkara's World, along with Etna who is on the villains' side (Dai-Shocker, they're called). There they meet what is pretty much the human version of Applejack as she berates Linkara for being gone for so long (four years) and that their town needs to pay up by the end of the week or the town will be destroyed.
Then the Master and Kazuma attack, but their asses are kicked. Master escapes, Kazuma is arrested. Jack comes back and recognizes that Lewis is Diend, the person that killed her cousin Braeburn. Lewis retreats, then comes across Zecora, an old shaman friend of his, and Ash, who is now contemplating his desire. He comes back to Appaloosa where they have a meeting. Pretty much, the idea is that the Brotherhood will scout ahead.
Then Nanoha blasts the Vyce Frontiers building. Daishuryou puts The Vyce Frontiers into his alliance and gives them Zaku which they're using to attack the town. Oh, and Lord Vyce is piloting a spider tank with a baby doll's face on it.
