Welcome to the Tournament of Dreams! A tournament on an interdimensional scale, inviting all the greatest warriors from across the multiverse to do battle for one of the greatest prizes throughout all dimensions: A single wish, for whatever it is they desire. Of course, the tournament is not simply about fighting. Some competitions will test the competitor's skills in other areas. They may even be tested on how well they can cook. However, they will need to excel in all areas in order to win a wish.
As stated, this is yet another multiversal crossover RP. But this one has a certain twist. Almost all characters who would be considered too overpowered for most RPs are allowed here. In fact, this RP is exclusively for such characters. However, there are a few rules:

As stated, this is yet another multiversal crossover RP. But this one has a certain twist. Almost all characters who would be considered too overpowered for most RPs are allowed here. In fact, this RP is exclusively for such characters. However, there are a few rules:
- Characters may not be from low-powered(for example, Harry Potter) or normal settings. They will simply be unable to contend with the overpowered cast, even if they are the most powerful character in their universe.
- The cast may be overpowered, but there are still some limits. Reality Warpers, people with full control of time, and people who are able to nullify attacks by effectively saying "No you didn't" are not allowed.
- However, just about anyone short of that is allowed. Planet busters, unkillable immortals, anything that falls short of "no you didn't", "full control of time", and "warps reality" is fair game.
- OC's ARE PERMITTED. However, a canon majority is preferred.
- Have fun! Above all, the goal of this is to have fun with obscenely powerful characters.

- Name: "Magical Queen of Heroes Girugako", or Mushashibo Girugako
- Age: 9-10
- Gender: Female
- Appearance: "My stuffed toy has far more worth than you, mongrel."
- Personality: Girugako is haughty and arrogant, believing that she owns anything and everything as part of her kingdom. She believes she is far better and that she is 'royalty', a Queen of Heroes. Girugako never uses her full power in a fight, believing that very few people are worthy of seeing her true power. She feels that the most many opponents are worth is a shower of weapons from her golden treasury. Girugako maintains that the only reason she does not claim her possessions("everything in existence") from others is that it us amusing to allow people to believe that they own her property, provided they do not take anything from her golden treasury. If they do so, she believes they are defiling it. Girugako genuinely wishes to protect people as a magical girl, surprisingly, though she claims it is only because they are part of her kingdom. She has no friends, mostly due to her haughty attitude, leaving her surprisingly lonely. Silently, she wishes to once again have someone to call her equal and a friend, though she would never admit to having such a desire. Girugako has a strange interest in her fellow Magical Girl, Magical Saber. She strongly desires to claim Magical Saber as a treasure of her own, and Magical Saber is one of the few people she believes is worthy of tasting some of the power of her true Noble Phantasm, Ea.
- Abilities: Girugako possesses the Gate of Babylon, a golden treasury containing all the greatest treasures in the world, including every possible Noble Phantasm save those that are not physical and a very few others. It also stores wine(Girugako claims she drinks it all the time) and endlessly-regenerating meat. While she is an intelligent fighter, she is not a particularly skilled swordsman and prefers to avoid melee combat. Her arrogance also limits her fighting prowess, as she will not use much of her power unless she believes the opponent is worthy of it. The golden dress that serves as her magical girl outfit is in fact an extremely strong armor which can defend her from some magical attacks and weapons.
- Weapons: In addition to the arsenal of Noble Phantasms held in her Gate of Babylon, Girugako She wields two "true" Noble Phantasms. First, Ea: Sword of Rupture. A weapon possessed only by Girugako, it is the first "sword". It is capable of firing a reality-tearing attack known as "Enuma Elish: The Star of Creation that Split Heaven and Earth". At full power, Ea can destroy an entire planet in a single shot. However, Girugako has no desire to use its full power and will use only part of its power if she even draws Ea. The second of her true Noble Phantasms is Enkidu: Chains of Heaven(the chains, not the person). A chain of infinite length, Enkidu is nothing but normal chains to a human being. To a being of divine status, Enkidu is the perfect bind.
