On the Moon is a computer built by some pre-human entity (what, did Crimson Moon really have so little to do?) that has been configured to run the Holy Grail War as a tournament system with 128 participants--hackers from around the world, referred to as maguses. Due to the complexities of the system, those defeated within it are killed, their minds deleted and their bodies left to rot.
But the winner gets any one wish they want. In a world without magic, that's pretty awesome, right?
I'd prefer it if people did both Master and Servant where possible, as Masters don't have many abilities (they can use healing items and a few little tricks but... mostly they're just there for thinking and using Command Seals as power-ups).

Capable of summoning any kind of demon aside from True Devils, and harnessing them to do her bidding. Given that summoned demons are not magic, this allows Caster to bypass magic resistance.
- Noble Phantasm(s):
- The Night of Wallachia-Mephistopheles(C):
The fabled presence that Caster summoned in life, Mephistopheles is a dark, formless entity. By invoking its name, Caster can summon Mephistopheles to materialize the fears of her opponent. While she believes it to be a demon(and holds no love for it, unlike other entities she summons), Mephistopheles is actually the 13th Dead Apostle Ancestor, the Night of Wallachia. The fears it materializes will attack those who they were materialized from relentlessly, until they are killed or they kill their target. Mephistopheles is capable of targeting hundreds at once. - Gretchen, the Pure Maiden(D~A+):
Gretchen was Caster's closest friend in life. The Noble Phantasm transforms Caster's Gretchen doll into the real girl as Caster herself views her. An angelic existence, Gretchen possesses a personality of pure innocence. Her very presence and touch is damaging; While she can only exist for a few minutes at a time, she merely needs to touch a servant to do damage. However, to servants of good or neutral alignments, this damage is not severe unless contact is prolonged. However, when a servant of an evil alignment is touched by Gretchen, they will be burnt as if by intensely hot flames. This touch is lethal to evil-aligned servants if prolonged for ten seconds or more.

Master: - Name: Akagi An
- Age: 14
- Gender: Female
- Appearance: "If I do my best, Master Mercury will be most pleased!"
- Personality: A cheerful, lively young girl who is obsessed with pleasing her apparently comatose lord, Master Mercury. She acts somewhat innocent and cutesy most of the time, something she is not above abusing in order to manipulate others. Despite her appearance, she is far more devious and underhanded than she looks, and whilst she never actually lies she is a master at twisting the truth.
- History: A seemingly frail girl who has entered the Grail War in order to wish for her beloved Master Mercury to awaken after sleeping for so long. Unfortunately for all, her beloved Master Mercury is in fact ORT, the Ultimate One of Mercury, who lies dormant somewhere in South America and whose awakening will herald the Promised Time when humanity will be extinguished. Despite her childish innocence, An is very much aware of this, and is in fact a member of a doomsday cult who worship the sleeping Aristoteles as their god. She is determined to win the war no matter what, all so that Master Mercury can arise and lay waste to the planet.
Servant: - Class: Saber
- Identity: Sir Mordred
- Gender: Male
- Appearance: "Father..."
- Alignment: Lawful Neutral
- Stats:
- Noble Phantasm: B
- Strength: B
- Agility: A
- Endurance: A
- Mana: B
- Luck: E
- Class Skills:
- Personal Skills:
- Noble Phantasm(s):
- Clarent: Coward's Blade (B++) (Anti-Fortress): King Arthur's "Sword of Peace"; its name is often used as another name for Caliburn, but it is actually a sister blade of the Sword in the Stone with similar properties. As such, when its name is called it will unleash a coruscating blast of light which annihilates all it touches. Mordred's most infamous usage of Clarent was during the Battle of Camlann, where both he and his father inflicted mortal wounds upon each other. As such, its honour has been tainted by betrayal and patricide, turning this once noble blade into a demonic weapon.

- Name: Eleanor; the Vampire Knight.
- Age: ~950
- Gender: Female
- Appearance: "You could not lift this; my sins are heavy indeed."
- Personality: Despite never being knighted as such, or indeed being a proper knight, centuries of having hung around them before moving quietly into a church position have rubbed off on Eleanor and she tends to have the various chivalric ideals ingrained into her actions. Do not lie, respect your superiors, protect the weak. She has trouble with the first one... which might explain her penitent nature.
- History: Born in a camp on its way to the Holy Land, Eleanor grew up surrounded by the Crusades... and technically died in them, attracting the attention of a hungry Dead Apostle. She didn't quite die, obviously, and took up a fallen knight's blade in order to extract her revenge. That didn't work, so she retreated and borrowed some stuff from the church before coming back for more, which DID work.
Then she resumed the Crusades, despite her position and inability to act during the day. When they came to an end, she moved onto working with the various knight orders; Eleanor stuck with whichever seemed to keep closest to the chivalric ideal. When the Crusades, and most of the orders, finally died out, she changed her affiliation to the Church, sticking with their lower rungs and trying to attract as little attention as possible down the centuries. Eventually, this resulted in her being outed for not ageing after the magic went away: due to their connection to Gaia (against which mana has to work--so lack of mana is utterly harmless to it) and the moon itself, the Dead Apostles resolutely didn't die, though most of their magical abilities were completely stunted. So they sent her to take a look at this in the hope of killing her... complete with her cross. Said cross contains two flintlock pistols, a longsword, and is predominantly made of depleted uranium under a wooden veneer. She finds it really hard to move, nowadays, but that just makes it better.
- Class: Saber
- Identity: Lancelot du Lac.
- Gender: Male
- Appearance: Guy on the left. His legs are armoured too; his armour is some of the best of any Servant's (at least, it's enough to get through being run over by Iskander once without injury).
- Alignment: Lawful Good
- Stats:
- Noble Phantasm: A
- Strength: B
- Agility: A
- Endurance: B
- Mana: B
- Luck: B
- Class Skills:
- Magic Resistance: A. Cancel spells of A-Rank or below. In practice, the Servant is untouchable to modern magi, so it would not be an exaggeration to title the Servant a "Magus Killer".
- Riding: A. All creatures but those of Phantasmal Beast and Divine Beast-rank can be used as mounts. This rank is high enough to have aptitude for the Rider Class.
- Personal Skills:
- Eternal Arms Mastership: A+. Mastership of combat arts has reached the point of being said to be unrivaled in one's era. By complete merging of mind, body and technique, it is possible to make use of full fighting skills even when under the influence of any sort of mental hindrance.
- Protection of the Fairies: A. A blessing from Elementals; the capacity to increase one's Luck in dangerous situations. Activation is limited to battlefields, where it is possible to perform feats of arms.
- Noble Phantasms:

Master: - Name: Shiraishi Kyoko
- Age: 16
- Gender: Female
- Appearance: "Are you wasting my time or are we going to talk?"(Very short. About 4'10)
- Personality: Kyoko is a very serious, stern, and straightforward. She prefers taking the most direct and stable path to... anything, really. This is not to say she won't strategize and provide intelligent plans, but she makes sure that they're very stable before doing so. She attempts to carefully consider everything before making a move. Kyoko does not like hurting people unnecessarily, and will avoid it when possible. She's perfectly capable of being freely friendly and sociable, but she will only do so if she decides she truly likes the person she's being friendly towards.
- History: Kyoko is a remarkably normal girl, from a normal high school. She's entered the Grail War mostly because, well... there's much that can be done using the spirits of people from history to gain a wish, isn't there? Why wouldn't you want something like that?

Go down to Container Parameters, and remember that people tend to be much stronger in one or two areas than those stats would indicate (or just generally broken if they're particularly known for being a walking death machine.) Skills and personal abilities are here, ignore the top section because it makes no sense. A Noble Phantasm is a trump card, either some weapon or the embodiment of something the hero did in their legend. Not that heroes have to be strictly legendary, Joan of Arc, Jack the Ripper, the emperor Nero, and Gillles de Rais are all candidates. Umm... any other questions?

Are the servants already established servants or is there room for personal creation?
eh...I sound like such a novice...probably cause I am one, even though I've seen Fate Zero and Fate stay night....I realise that playing the games would be alot more helpfull.

Faust isn't a canon Servant (and Mordred has no stats), so you can make 'em up if you like.
Two people are banned, though. Heracles, because God Hand is a nightmare, and Gilgamesh, because he's a living plot device.

You can go with a pre-established Servant or, if you wish, you can try and come up with your own. If you're really not sure how to go about it we're always here to help out, so don't hesitate to ask for help, okay?

Because all Servants are at least partly human or initially human; it's a requirement.
... not sure about Medusa, I think she was a Divine Spirit that became a monster, though...

Yeah. I assume her divinity was taken away when (I think) Athena turned her into the monster.
Just as a frame of reference: All Heroic Spirits have to have existed, and so long as they are from before the 19th century, they might be eligible. That's from what I know.

Medusa was originally human before the gods turned her into a gorgon. : P But, um, yeah, Thor is... Not a viable Servant, unfortunately.

Interestingly Thor Died in the original Norse Mythology so I question his position as a deity.
Hmmmm...I'll do more research....Hopefully I'll get a character sign up first then deal with the Servant.

Nasuverse Medusa turns out to be mostly human, so...
Yeah, Thor's not valid; no gods.

Heh...Sorry to cause all this trouble, I was given a lecture by a Fate Stay Night Fanboy at school about the workings of the Servants and the grail so I'm pretty much over Thor now.
But that does leave me the odious task of scrolling through the insane amount of Servants trying to find one that suits my tasts.
Not to worry guys, I will find one.

Hah! -Throws bowl of Udon-
Theres not that many gods!
Well, heres my master sign up and for those in JTTM they will recognise this person:
Yuka Usami
Age: 16 ish.
Gender: Female
Appearance: I will get Troy to post up a picture that I've drawn- she has honey coloured hair and gold eyes. She is 165 cm in height, decide if that is tall or not for yourselves. She likes warm coloured clothing- anywhere from golden to sunset red, she also has this thing for skirts and dresses.
Personality: All her life she had relied on someone else vowing that one day she will make up for it. Inside the shy and mild girl there is still a determinator personality- the one that helped her get through the firts 5 years of her life.
History: Turned into an unwanted doorstep baby then later thrown out as soon as she could walk she is probably the definition of horrible childhood. One day that changed completely for her when she is picked up from despair by another Orphan- from then on she has an Onee chan to look out for her. So far life is good, until her Onee chan manages to hospitalise himself.
When his illness turns for the worst , Yuka decides to enter in the Fate games- a last ditch effort in hope of a miracle.
I have also chosen the servant: Iskander King of conqueres- I'm a huge rider fan... heh heh....so...thats it for tonight.

Dude, everyone on this site is in JTTM de facto. You have to be. Ergo, everyone recognises your character. Also, on the fence with this. Might join if I have inspiration.

I'm also on the fence about Iskander. It... basically comes down to whether anyone we have could take on Ionian Hetairoi to some degree when we get to the PvP stuff. Lancelot MIGHT be able to do it, I suppose, and Faust could probably summon a huge number of demons... but I'm really not sure. I'll need to talk it over with other people later. >.<

Why do I always make the worst possible choices?...eh... For now I've settleled with Iskander. But if everyone agrees that I'm leaning on the OP side of things, I'll see to it that I get a servant no one will object to.
