Required Ingredients:
- ~100 gallons (~450 litres) of Primordial Chaos
- Centuries of Magical Experience
- 1 Dimension-Hopping Swordsman
It tingled. This was, regrettably, not the first time that she had opened a portal to somewhere unfortunate... but at least this soup was much more pleasant than the last one. For one thing, it didn't feel like her skin was on fire. In fact, she felt... softer. Lighter. Aware that this might be due to drowning, Rain flung herself out of the vast cauldron she had landed in and rose to her feet, ignoring the angry babbling from behind her. How was she supposed to know there was someone's pet project on this end? She had more important things to do, like check for damage. And that's when Rain found out that she was blue.
So, uh, hell knows if this will WORK, but the point of it is to see everyone's first reactions to Rain's becoming a slimegirl and stuff. Characters involved should be obvious--those that would have a reasonable chance of being around where she might meet them at the tail end of the timeskip. Anything else... really needs to be sorted out. >.<

As the veil between dimensions were once more parted, a slight girl clad in navy blue robes walked out of the swirling portal. Life in the Torikoverse had been interesting and satisfying to say the least. A slight tan made contrasted with the mage's snow white hair, which itself had grown down to the small of her back in the time she hadn't seen her friends. It had been a while since her last visit, so the girl thought she would bring a few souvenirs.
Moving behind her was a solid wall of wool, which shuffled and bobbed along the path to the castle. A full baker's dozen of Taxsheep trailed in the wake of their mistress, their substantial size mitigated by inherent cuteness. They were as close to perfect as you can get with transport animals, really.

"Sheep..." Rain mumbled, distracted from her problems by the sudden appearance of giant fluffy balls. Must not hug, must not hug... knowing her sister's girlfriend, they could be dangerous monsters in disguise, or some sort of monster-class unit. She'd already screwed up enough for one day, so the slimegirl stood carefully to one side and tried to look nonchalant. She didn't want to be eaten, nosiree...

Glancing about the trail, something struck Grey as out of place. There was a hue of blue that didn't belong in the environment- closer look showed that it was... a slime! Freezing in place, Grey looked closer and found that it was shaped like someone she knew... "R-Rain... Is that you?" Former experiences with gelatinous life-forms during the world hopping escapades made the white haired adventurere -really- wary around the various species. For various reasons of course.

Carefully, Rain siddled around the sheep-beasties, nodachi held close to her body in order to not look like a threat. That voice... and they knew her name... Grey? As the taxsheep ceased to obstruct her view, she could say, with certainty, that it was. Longer hair and a tan--but still enough that even someone as inattentive as she was could recognise the girl.
"Umm... uh... yeah," the slimegirl said awkwardly, glad that her clothing and weapon had escaped unscathed. Especially the sword--where would she have gotten another copy of Assassin's blade if she'd broken it?

"Do you feel any different? If I come any closer, you're not going to do slime things to me, right?" Even though it was rather rude, Grey's experiences gave her cause to be wary. That and some of the huge amounts of media she blazed through had... things in them that scared the girl. "What happened to you? Why are you like that?" Behind the cautious Grey, the Taxsheep just lazed about since there was no motion at the moment, looking much like giant balls of cotton dotting the countryside.

"What? No! I'm not going to cheat on Anno!" Rain protested, waving her arms frantically and tossing the Bijuu Aoe aside for a brief second before catching it. Huge swords were not to be casually tossed away for silly reasons, "I... just... had an accident a few minutes ago, that's all. Really should learn to look where I'm going before I head to a new world..."
"Kinda fell into a bubbling potion, see."

"Oh." It was a simple word, but a variety of emotions could be felt through it- most of them being guilt and embarrassment. Grey really wanted to comfort the girl, though her phobia of jelly like beings came into effect. After a few moments, the mage just held up a fist and smacked her own face with it to knock some sense back in. Closing her eyes, the white haired girl attempted to hug the slime friend, tears actually welling for a variety of reasons.

-Rain hugged back, for the first time in quite a long time being aware of just how warm people were. Her own 'flesh', after all, was now quite cool and delightfully squidgy. Anyone without Grey's terror of slimes would probably be quite eager to play with Rain's body all day... which was why she was hoping to get to her sister without running into her sister's girlfriend. That would end badly.

Within the hold, Grey would shiver every now and then despite her best efforts. Seeing as the mage had resistance to coldness, the minute movements came from either the feel of squishy gel or the fact that she hadn't fully reigned in her fears yet. "We should get you fixed up soon... It's kinda weird seeing you like this, eheh..."

"Warm..." Rain mumbled, still clinging on and not noticing that her jeans had just slid down and fallen off, along with her underwear. On the plus side, there was a distinct lack of anatomical detail down there, so GS should hopefully avoid being embarrassed by it, "Oh, umm... yeah, I was going to find my sister and see if she has anything that can help... want to come with me?"

"Sur-" Stopping in mid-word as Rain's jeans slipped off, Grey's complexion did the now rare but still rather fascinating change of color from pale snow to cherry red. Already, the mists of pink energy billowed from the folds of the magus' clothing. "A-ah... We sh-should..." Pausing for a few moments to draw in sufficient gulps of air between her gasps, Grey continued. "B-but first, you should put on your p-pants..." In the depths of the Glacial Master's mind, a single image came unbidden and in rather high quality. It was that of pair of round gelatin mounds, ever so gently vibrating minutely. "Ararararararara!" Waving it away, Grey began flailing a bit in an attempt to put a stop to the runaway thoughts that were creeping up.

Rain looked down at the discarded clothes. They'd been pinching so tightly... and they just slid off like that? Honestly, if that was going to happen after walking twenty feet and standing around for a few minutes, there was absolutely no point in putting them back on. Not as if she had anything to hide right now, either... and she still had her breasts covered, so this was perfectly decent. It'd do until she got clothes that stayed on or fixed this.
Little did Rain know, she had consigned herself to a pantsless oblivion for many years--until she managed to regain a human form, after being a lamia foor a while.
"I don't see much point in it, they'll just fall off again," the slimegirl explained, 'blushing' (actually, all that happened was her cheeks turned a light cyan) a little, "It's not as if there's stuff there... we should get going."

"...Y-yes..." Walking unsteadily towards the nearest Taxsheep, Grey clambered onto the ruminant mammal... facing the wrong direction. Still out of it at the moment, the mage blinked owlishly before shaking her head twice. Realizing she was on the wrong way, the girl turned about and huddled into a more compact shape in the woolen seat, the mist growing much denser about her for a brief moment. "Get on, Gordon will take us there much faster."

Rain cheerfully swung herself up onto the sheep, removing the Bijuu Aoe from her back and shuffling up until her back was pressed against GS's. Her soft, warm back... thankfully covered by a few layers of cotton. Unlike her legs. Equally delightfully squishy legs swung back to meet GS's, the slimegirl obviously concerned about the possibility of overloading the sheep, despite its purpose. She was rather... close.

What people didn't know about the ever adorable Taxsheep was that it was surprisingly sturdy. It could take the 500 pounds of weight no problem, and still achieve a speed cheetahs would have been jealous of. Unlike her stolid mount though, Grey was less than calm. She was the opposite of calm. Wound up would have been a statement that only scratched the tip of the iceberg.
Rain was close- so very much. The upper portion of the body was fine, it was the legs that was causing the mage to shiver. Memories of wiggly bits attempting to do things clashed against the nicer memories of skinship, ultimately making Grey confused as to whether the feeling was pleasant or not. "H-hold on." Patting the pack mount into motion, Gordon Black Tea ambled onto the path before taking a deep breath... and suddenly accelerating to well over 100 km/h, still only two thirds of its maximum output. Scenery blurred as the flock of Taxsheep thundered towards the overlord's abode.

Rain sat stoically on the Taxsheep, waiting for their destination to come into sight. she wasn't so bothered by Grey's closeness; she had to get used to it in Lancelot's tuition as the newly-born fighter manoeuvred her limbs into position. This was nothing next to that. Even if she did happen to be half naked and delightfully squidgy this time.
What would it hurt Grey to feel exactly how squidgy she was, anyway?

After a few minutes passed, Grey fidgeted. Her thoughts having somewhat calmed down to the point of embarrassed curiosity, Grey unconsciously whispered, "I wonder if she'll let me poke her..." As soon as she realized the words didn't remain in her head, the mist came back full force, streaming behind the distance eating Gordon Black Tea like a ghostly aura. "S-sorry!" Wincing and closing her eyes, the girl curled up even smaller, holding her knees to her chin.

"It wouldn't hurt, I guess... just stop worrying so much about silly things, please?" Rain asked, almost sweatdropping at Grey's absolute reluctance to so much as touch her. It wasn't as if her back was going to be ludicrously sensitive to things like this, "We've got an hour or so to go at this rate, I guess, so you may as well do it now rather than later."x

"Sorry..." Hesitantly angling one of her arms behind her (even though Taxsheep were great drivers, sometimes one still have to keep an eye on the road, especially territory that was new to the animal). Touching the cool and somewhat bouncy surface of the slime girl, Grey gave a slight squeeze and found the texture quite enjoyable, unknowingly getting a few more mileage out of the act then intended. She even felt better! One had to hope that wherever the questioning hand ended up, it was decent for public viewing.

"H-Hey, a little bit lower..." Rain mumbled, feeling that GS's hand was straying a little too far towards her breasts. There was no actual contact, yet, but that was a bit close... and she was really glad that her t-shirt was in the way, to provide a barrier between flesh and slime. It was... odd, being squeezed like this. Is this what being overweight felt like? No, it couldn't be... it was too... fluid.

Now in the full swing of things, Grey complied with the request and inched her hand downwards before reaffirming the feel of that addictive texture. Among the various gelatin based lifeforms encountered by the girl (quite a lot in fact), this had to be the best yet. Bonus points for not trying to drown, squeeze, suck, or burn her too. It was like the advertising of a certain brand of snacks, just one is not enough. Still embarrassment was still foremost in her thoughts, so it was less squeeze and more slight massaging motion.

"Th-that feels good... too much sword swinging recently..." Rain replied, feeling slightly embarrassed... but it was good, and she'd built up way too much tension in recent times by focusing on her ability to wield a blade with peerless skill. Massages? Taking a break? Nonsense! That could weight until after she had finished beating the best in the multiverse! The ability to think long-term was something entirely out of Rain's personal experience.

"Um... I can do better once I'm properly positioned..." Grey stated, almost retracting her hand in a hurry before letting it continue the practiced, almost ingrained motions that she spent many thousands of hours. "You're a bit more solid than most slimes right now..." Continuing her gentle kneading motions, Grey blushed and realized that she was essentially fondling her friend right now... And on a moving vehicle at that! She would have stopped, but Rain seemed to rather enjoy it, and so she hadn't the heart to stop.

"Ah... aaaaaah... you have no idea how much better this is than being a normal wandering swordsman..." Rain mumbled, reclining further into Grey's chest, "Maybe the one good thing about this whole ordeal is this... or at least the lack of muscle tension... it's so HORRIBLE to think of going back to that sort of state where every movement's just more stress. Slime's so much nicer for this..."

Feeling a weight settle upon her chest, Grey was surprised to see that the slime swordswoman had made herself comfortable. "But if you stay a slime, then you wouldn't be able to do certain things." Patting Rain, Grey tried to get her body to relax whilst in the new position. Had she had a regular heart, it would have been beating quite quickly. Nevertheless, the Abyss whirred at a faster pace then normal...

"Well... yeah..." Rain replied, frowning and not noticing the increased whirring, her fingers drumming a pattern on the nodachi's sheath, "But it reminds me that I guess I need to take better care of my body? I mean, sure, the fitness needed for what I do is awesome... but even with all the stuff on hand, that sort of constant stress can't be good."

"But... but... The human body is wonderful and made to feel good, especially after a hard working out!" Grey exclaimed, being the exercise nut that she was. "Adrenaline and endorphins... The feel of inner fire and bliss after surmounting the pain of the activity... Besides, if you train it every day, then of course it's in good shape!" Pausing during a lull of breathlessness, the girl blinked and panicked at the outburst she had made. "Ach..." Wincing, she mentally facepalmed.

"I have a sword technique that involves moving in such a way that I cut a hole into a separate dimension and somehow turn one slash into three, through muscle power alone," Rain pointed out, resting her head against Grey's neck and looking up at her, 'hair' draping down over the girl's legs, "It is not a nice feeling when you do that, no matter how impressive it is. This is the first time my shoulders haven't hurt in years."

"Oh... True... Sorry..." Blushing as she brought the attention upon herself, Grey shivered slightly and let out an involuntarily small squeak as the cool gel touched her bared skin. "S-sorry about that... Previous encounters with slimes weren't quite as enjoyable as this, eheh..." Controlling her breathing to even out once more, Grey remained quiet for a moment as she became used to the touch. "...I'll do my best to make you feel better once we get to the castle. I think you deserve it."
