I've been thinking about my less than amazing track record with situations where people can effortlessly post in one RP but can't post at all in any others (JTTM before I joined, JTTM after I left, Sakamoto, when everyone
joined back into AGOG and probably a few others I'm forgetting) and...I don't think I've ever been on the favourable side of that situation.

I really am sick of situations like yesterday happening and I'd really like to find a way to avoid that happening again in the future, but I'm not sure how to prevent it.

And again, I'm sorry for how I acted yesterday.

Hurm, I just... I don't know what to say anymore that would mean anything to you after I've screwed up so much with things. >.< I hate seeing this kind of thing happen, and I really want it to stop and for us all to just have fun together, but...

... It's not by will. Sometimes it's hard to post in things, and it's just ended up being what you're in for some people, which makes it hard for other people to post as well. I know it's frustrating, but ultimately... getting upset about it like this doesn't help.

And I know it's hard not to get upset, but... I'd... maybe just try directing your energy at something else, or maybe just... I don't know. These RPs will get posts again. It might take a while, but they will. And it's just bad timing that they're what you're in.

Even if I get frustrated with you, Tachi, you're still my friend and I want you to be able to have fun. And... I know right now the RPs you're in are horribly inactive, and I know that's frustrating when that happens. And... there's not really anything that can be done about it, since the ultimate reasons come down to stuff like Writer's Block, which is uncontrollable. But... it'll clear, and things will get going again. So in the mean time, just... try to focus on other stuff, and avoid getting upset. Or maybe try to plan out some kind of RP that's fun that will get people to join? Just... don't let yourself be miserable over it, it doesn't help you and it doesn't help anyone else. I'm sorry that things haven't turned out too well, but they can always get better.

@moe: I know that it's not intentional and I feel terrible for getting upset over something you don't have any control over. And I know you don't ever mean to screw anything up. I'd like to just be able to have fun with everyone too, but it never seems to work out that way.

I'm sorry that I keep overreacting to things instead of just letting my friends be happy.

@anno: It's not like I chose to get upset about it either. If I could just turn my emotions off and think about situations like this rationally without them clouding my judgment, that'd be fantastic, but people generally don't work that way.

Unfortunately, I don't exactly have much else to put my energy towards.

And not everyone can come up with half a dozen RP ideas in the space of a week. Especially not given how terrible my history with trying to GM things is.

I know you can't help getting upset, but, um... maybe... try playing a game whenever you get upset about something?

And... most of the time the RPs you tried died off for outside reasons, like writer's block... Sorry, I really want to try and just solve this so people can stop getting angry and upset.

Don't have any games that demand that kind of attention that I feel like playing in that kind of mood. Don't really feel like watching most of the stuff I have and can't afford to download the rest of OOO for another couple of days.

Honestly, if I've gone through 8-9 RPs and they've all died before anything really got to happen, I don't think it's worth trying again.

Well, there was F/UA, the tropes version of F/UA, the RP that resulted from me removing the Fate elements, the tropes version of that RP, the JTTM version of that RP, the Yu-Gi-Oh RP and...I'll admit I counted the two RPs that died here before they even started because of writer's block or a lack of interest. The ninth would be that big crossover, but I'm not sure if it counts since I ended up giving up the GM position before the RP started properly.

Writer's Block is a killer of RPs, and it's what hurt a lot of those.

... It's what kills a lot of RPs, honestly...

Just... try and find something relaxing to do right now so you can clear your mind up, and then just try thinking something through? Maybe you'll come up with something good.

Also, given what I'm likely to watch to relax (Kamen Rider OOO), I somehow doubt it'll lead to any workable RP ideas.

Well, I wouldn't really call this much of a solution, ehehe. I mean, it's more of a distraction than anything.

I'm not sure there is a real solution to the problem of massive overlap between "RPs I'm interested in" and "RPs people get writer's block in" though, ehehe.

Writer's block is a stupid uncontrollable unfortunate thing, but there's nothing that can really stop it. All that can be done is being as patient as possible until it clears up.

... Which... really sucks... but there's not much else that can be done about it.

In order, everything I've made just on this site: Lost Logia Hunters, a Touhou thread, Monster Girl thread, Dungeon Crawl, Slice of Life, Maid RPG, crossover Fate RP. evil meteor, another Fate RP, ANOTHER Fate RP, a crossover, another Maid RP, Silver Paste, ANOTHER Maid RP, and the Legend RP. 15. On one site. In just over six months. :/

I'm worried part of it is that you don't take part in many RP's, so you're not going to be in many that are active at any one time by process of elimination. >.<
