"Does he have anything that can be sealed to weaken him?" Nanoha wondered aloud. If this person had something like that... Raising Heart did have a sealing function, so she could render any weaponry or the like inoperable until retrieved and broken. Regardless of what this person was, she didn't want to kill him, not if there were alternatives.

Mutsuki turned to his nephew and was confused for a moment before going back to being enraged.

"If that is how it goes... THEN I WOULD RATHER END MYSELF THAN GIVE THEM THE SATISFACTION!!!"

Inside his mind, Revel was both surprised and slightly frightened at just how much rage his host can unleash. Back to reality, Mutsuki gave Kenzaki a glance to check if the creature was still unconscious.

Flanker, Linkara's World

The Megaman was forced to stumble back slightly by Etna's actions. He'd need to be more careful in future - although the Z Saber granted him a lot of power, and it did have ranged attacks, it couldn't reach quite as far as a spear.

It didn't matter in the end, however, as the demon found herself on the receiving end of several attacks - she appeared to escape with nary a problem, though. Hopefully they wouldn't run into her again any time soon, but at the same time he felt rather confident in their abilities. After all, pretty much everyone had potent powers of some sort.

Mutsuki's attempt to harm their downed foe was met with dismay on Flanker's part. Pointing his weapon at him, Flanker said, "I'm sorry, but I can't allow that to happen. Someone has to show restraint and compassion, and that should be us."

He then considered John's opinion. "You do have a point... but we can't just kill or maim him. Imprisonment might only contain him for a while... hm."

Model L, Linkara's World

In all the commotion, a stray shot hit the cage Model L was being held in. Not wasting a moment, it slipped free and decided to hide itself until everything died down - it didn't want to risk being recaptured or accidentally damaged if things flared up again.

Elpizo, Linkara's World

The reploid had remained just out of sight as the short but intense battle began, quietly monitoring what happened. He was quite glad that he had decided not to join in - Etna had been soundly beaten, and was forced to beat a hasty retreat if he was interpreting things correctly. Kazuma, meanwhile, was not so lucky.

It seemed now that the Brotherhood's lackeys were arguing over what to do with him. Elpizo figured that he might as well add his own opinion to the mix. Walking to the edge of the rooftop, he cleared his throat. "What an imbecile. People who indulge in such bungling behaviour shouldn't be allowed to join Dai-Shocker... or live, for that matter. You'd be doing the multiverse a favour if you killed him. Anything else would be a temporary solution at best."

His eyes briefly narrowed as they picked out John, but he said nothing. Returning his gaze to the group at large (and shifting a rogue strand of hair with his free hand, since the other was currently clutching the hilt of his beamrapier), he said. "Choose wisely... but I won't be too bothered if you let him live - he's your problem now."

The whole situation was getting ridiculous and tiresome for the Orphmonculus... Was EVERYONE with the Imperium/Brotherhood this much of a goody-two-shoes? At least that Falkon guy and the one that shot fire were a bit more ruthless and thus worthier of respect in Mutsuki's eyes. Sighing both in preparation of his next outburst and exasperation, The Rider prepares to say his piece.

"I didn't leave Dai-Shocker for justice, rainbows and all that crap. I LEFT BECAUSE I WANT MY OLD BOSS' HEAD ON A FUCKING STICK ALONG WITH EVERYONE ELSE WHO TRIES TO PROTECT HIM!!!!"

He decided to leave Kios out of his explanation because he already knew that he was too far gone to save.

"Definitely." Seren nodded, a smile on her face. "Once we get rid of the villains, at least." She gestured in a random direction where she could just barely hear some talking. It didn't sound like anyone she knew, so she figured it was a stranger, at least. And where there were strangers, there were usually allies or enemies. Either way, it'd be best to see what was happening.

[Krautman]

Anny stared down Jenny's top for a moment, licking her lips before shaking her head and getting back to work. The girl was obviously depressed, she didn't need to worsen the mental trauma.

John thought for a moment.

"Well... if we take away his belt and trap him in human form, we don't have to worry about his Undead powers. Honestly, you want to ask Nicholas about this one."

[Rain]

Carefully, Raising Heart on hand, Nanoha approached the fallen enemy and studied him for the belt. Seal it so it couldn't be used, take it away... that would work, she was sure, and if it was sealed like that it might be a lot easier to dispose of. Failing everything else, she could try using Divine Buster to shoot it into orbit but that didn't seem a good idea.

All much better alternatives to ranting and wanting to kill things.

Eventually, Jenny pulled out a pan, and stood up, looking around.

"Um... Is... is something wrong?" She asked.

Mutsuki merely watched as the idealistic fool approached the beast, preparing himself to launch an attack when the Monster inevitably rouses from it's unconsciousness and commences it's counterattack.

James nodded at Seren and began to walk over towards the commotion. He was not taking any chances though and unleashed a light blade.

"Everyone, stop! STOP!" Roy said, standing between both Mutsuki and the magical girls. "We need to come up with a solution that will please both sides! But, all of you, understand that the final decision belongs to me. This enemy is under the Brotherhood's responsibility, and I am the captain of the Brotherhood, understood?!" he then turned to John. "Lieutenant! Present the arguments from both sides."

"Aw! No! Go back to fighting!" yelled the Master, who continued to watch the entire situation from the ceiling.

Toph, however, wasn't focused on either the enemy or the Master. Still covered by her rock armor, she turned towards Gig. "And you! Don't try anything funny, Mister Ego!"

"I worry sir because you are important to me...you are the reason I give a damn for life." said David sticking one of his swords into the ground.

[Falkon]

When Knight turned, however, he would find that Griga was no longer there. On his place, a hole in the ice could be seen, freezing water splashing out. Every once and a whole, flashes of yellow light could be seen from the water, until it suddenly stopped, and the scene of Griga's recruitment became clear again.

"Come get me, foolish ranger, if you have the lungs for it.[/color]" Griga voice echoed through the Mindplane.

Linkara's World

Fate followed Nanoha. That man who had tried to kill the unconscious enemy was still ranting... It seemed like it might be impossible to change his views on the subject. However, he was no longer attempting to stomp his head in, so at the very least there was that.

Fate looked up when Roy made his speech. Coming up with a solution that pleased both sides was a good idea(honestly, it's what Fate had hoped to do by helping Nanoha remove the enemy's ability to activate his powers). That said, they weren't under his jurisdiction. Even if the final decision was with him, as the present agents of the TSAB they had a right to at least attempt to disarm a disabled foe.

Vita returned moments later, folded her arms, and looked around with one eyebrow raised.

"What's going on?"

Hades

"Mmmnnn nnn.... Wh-whuh...?" Anno blinked a few times, waking up. When she tried to sit up, she realized that she was lying all... entangled with Rain. For a few moments, she stared. Then she flushed bright red.

"H-huh?! Wh-what... R-Rain?!" Embarrassed to have gotten entangled like this with Rain, she tried to squirm away.

[Rain]

"Wa's goin' on?" Rain mumbled, heaving herself upright and releasing the warm thing in her arms. She wasn't too sure what was going on right now and... wait, why was there a blanket over her and why was she next to Anno? This was all weird... it wasn't a dream, right? One pinch later, the white-haired female had confirmed that, no, this wasn't a dream.

"Umm... does anyone know where I might find this belt?" Nanoha asked, not being able to see a belt on the man just by looking at him. Hidden belts? Well, if it was the source of his power, "I can't see it anywhere..."

Then Roy spoke up and Nanoha chose to remind him that, no, she had not placed herself under his command, and if agreeing to his requests would mean unnecessary slaughter they would have to part ways. She would not be killing someone because a foreign superior had ordered it.

[Mahou Moerin]

Anise, Hades - Just outside Item World

In an exceptionally rare show of playfulness, Anise raised an eyebrow and tried her best to fight back a giggle. It would completely break the no-nonsense persona she'd been trying to cultivate so far, after all.

"So... How do you explain this?" she said, her usual monotone wavering somewhat as she found the girls' embarrassment far more amusing than she'd like to admit. "You both seem very couply to me. Are you sure you're not more than just friends?"

"I... um... I... I... um..." Anno, blushing, sat up next to Rain. How... did she explain this? They'd been so entangled with each other and close and all pressed together... And it was embarrassing... "I... w-we fell asleep!"

[Krautman]

John thought for a moment.

"Okay, on the side of killing him, he is literally the physical manifestation of the next mass extinction and I'm not sure we can imprison someone this powerful. On the side of sparing him, it's the right thing to do and we have the option."

Anny's eyes flashed blue momentarily before she shook her head again.

"Everything's fine, Jenny, but... I wasn't lying about you being a beautiful young girl. And... I'm a succubus so... well, never mind. I'm staying faithful Mischief, so as much as I want to indulge, I can't. Now... go ahead and put the cheese in there and we'll get it ready."

"OK."

Rain, Hades
"No! the white-haired girl exclaimed, sleep-addled brain not processing that this was explicitly the wrong thing to say as she scrambled away from Anno and... fell over. It seemed even Eternal Arms Mastership couldn't make up for having no feeling in either of your legs due to weird positions, at least not if you weren't even standing up in the first place.

Oleg, Ha'tak

The bookman was leaning on the wall and stirred up right as Falkon arrived.
"Roy got him somewhere. One of the Shocker generals," he replied, opening the Book and pulling the shard out of it.
"Here. How's it going down there?"

Gig

Toph's threats were met with chuckling.
But only John's declaration prompted a reply.
"Option? Like what? You know that taking his belt won't diminish him much.[/color]"

Anise, Hades - Just outside Item World

"Oh? So you are more than just friends, then?" A wicked smile spread across the mage's face, and the reason she didn't smile very often suddenly became very apparent: her smile was the smile of pure evil itself. "Funny that you fell asleep together... All huddled up and tangled up in each other... If I didn't know better I'd say you two were lovers. Is that the case here?"

"Wh-wh-whaaaat?!" Anno cried, face flushing even redder than it already had. Even Anise was teasing them? Anise was the grumpy tsundere one, and even she was teasing them?! Anno sat there trembling for a moment, trying to think of some kind of response. "B-b-but w-we're... we... we... are... we're n-not... we... we..."

Anno buried her face in her hands.

[Rain]

Rain, Hades
"We're not lovers!" Rain exclaimed, climbing unsteadily to her feet and then forgetting that her idea of mumbling was still loud enough to be heard, "Though that would be kind of nice, I guess..."

Anise, Hades - Just outside Item World

Once more, the eyebrow raised, and Anise let out a single, soft note of laughter. "Heh, what was that, Rain? You should be more honest about yourself, you know. Then again..."

She placed a hand on Anno's trembling shoulder, and smiled evily. "That would mean you're free, wouldn't it? I'll admit, I've become quite taken with you, Anno, and I'd... Like to get to know you better, if you catch my drift."

Her master was right. Teasing these two was fun. Although hopefully they'd catch on quickly enough, otherwise... Thing might get awkward. As much as she was able to tolerate Anno more than most of the others, their orientations were... Incompatible, to say the least.

[Falkon]

"Firefight with Dai-Shocker." Falkon said, before pointing at the shard. "Is that his powers or something?"

"Wh-what?!" Anno cried, before flopping over as she tried to adjust her position. Anise was... what?! This... this was just... was the universe conspiring to try and make her as embarrassed as possible? She struggled to get up and re-adjust her dislodged glasses so they didn't fall off.

[Rain]

Rain, Hades
"H-Hey!" Rain objected weakly, collapsing to the ground and drawing her legs to her chest as she tried to work out how to get away from all this without completely screwing up whatever friendship she currently had. Pretend it was all a joke? Well... that seemed the best bit, though it sounded a bit weak. What else could she try... well, there was always seriously pursuing a relationship but... that was foolish, really.

"Yes, skills, triforce, all that. Also, his soul. Previously was bound inside the fish guy there," he pointed to the Zora, "but I think that he'd be better off in somebody heroic rather than just sitting in a closet."

"Ganon was there too, so I'm going back for him too."

[Falkon]

"Wait, Triforce?" Falkon asked, "That's... Link?"

He proceeded to grab the shard, and stared at it. "Shame I don't have the Master Sword anymore."
