Honestly, I'm kind of struggling because when I joined, I got dumped straight into an action scene without much time to prepare for it. And it's easier for me to write non action scenes than action scenes. So, yeah. >.>

Hey, as soon as the fight with Elpizo ends, which either way will be sooner than the fight with Doomsday, Ciarán will attempt to attack Doomsday if he wins. Which is kinda unlikely.

We can always have Doomsday punch Ciarán another time.

Hm... Adannor, I know we've talked about this before, but I think that (at least for the sakes of the characters currently interacting with Elpizo) it'd be a good idea to figure out how the powers Elpizo got from the shard/Devil Fruit (I can't remember which one we went with) work in the context of this RP.

I'm asking since I'm not familiar with the source material or the powers in question, and I'd rather have its' abilities and limitations out in the open so that I know when I'm pushing it or not.

Sorry if that all came out a bit confusing, it's been a while since it happened.

OK, I think I'm at the point where I'm assuming Jenny has all the conventional switches with some of them modded to fit into the two arm slots when they should be leg switches, such as the Chainsaw Switch she's just used.

Okay, swarm of bone eating movie monsters moving in on the bone monster bad (Note to self, don't summon Rust Monster constructs either). I'll work out some other, more futile attack attempt. Godmodding would be if I just outright said they ate her then and there (or instantly caught her in metal then punched her through a building, but I'll give benefit of the doubt you arranged that with Meorin's player ahead of time).

However, I can easily see why 'invulnerable bone eating monsters vs bone monster' would be considered a dick move, and lazy writing.

I got no problems doing something else, I just went with the Silcates mainly because 'hey, maybe this will actually HURT them, instead of the enemies No-Selling again like Composite'. I mean really, so far ZERO progress on the police station end, and we got Rain rushing in with her "This would totally instant kill a human with no chance for them to defend" attack.

Okay, so possessing Instant Kill No Defense Possible powers is okay. Yes they technically aimed at things that don't qualify for the instant kill, but they are still there and announced and bragged about. Gives a guy the wrong idea.

Really, the standards are hazy as all hell and I'm having some trouble trying to find that middle ground between "Attack attempt that I know won't work" and "Attack ATTEMPT that might actually get some results, but only because I'm cranking it up to 12 out of 10".

If I fire a wave of acid at her, that's just as bad as silcates. If I point the thrusters of the space shuttle at her, that's just as bad as the silicates (also bad for allies). Most cases of "What would actually HURT them instead of just make them more angry", would be just as terrible.

This is probably why Lanterns tend to default to big punches and the ACME catalog.

EDIT: So on that note, retcon changed my post to dropping an oversized anvil. Complete with comical mid air hang time.
