Baijiu COULD win out on emo-ness.
Thing is, it lost its appeal after the first billion years or so.

However did you guess, Moe? :3 I actually considered Knight trying to help Baijiu find her purpose in life again. Of course, he would most likely fail... but it's a plan.

The issue is that she ran out of things she couldn't beat if she got into a fight. When you personally killed three gods with your bare hands and annihilated the rest of the pantheon by blowing up their home, where do you go from there? XD
What they eventually used to injure her enough to take her in is the stuff of sci-fi horror stories. Nanomachines that consume living flesh, fatal doses of radiation, lava, thick clouds of poison gas... then send in people specifically equipped to be immune to such things.
Regrettably, the people of that world could never quite get their soldiers' capabilities to match the technological deathtraps.

Speaking of Emos, while my character wouldn't be one, for some reason I've suddenly become fascinated with going DMC4 Nero style in Season 2.

that's a bit vague. What do you mean? Oh right, I keep forgetting I'm not the only one who suffers from "Not everything people reference is something I'm familiar with." sometimes <.< Devil May Cry 4. Nero, the mildly Emo character you use when not playing Dante. I was better at playing Bayonetta... But that would just be awkward as hell.

No, no, I finished DMC 4. I'm not sure what you mean by DMC4 Nero Style.

No, no, I finished DMC 4. I'm not sure what you mean by DMC4 Nero Style. Well, there was mention of using new characters/less powerful characters for Season 2. So therefore, Character going DMC4 Nero style instead of one going Green Lantern style. Or just switching to someone else even if I didn't have to for season two for someone less bitter than Joe Darkthorne (if with a more stupid name). Plus I figure a more limited 'moveset', such as it were would cut out a lot of the snags in the creative process. "Okay, I could make a construct of X... Wait, that would be considered overkill. Okay, I could make a construct of Y... Wait, that would be useless even if it hits. *Defaults to the ACME Catalog just to post something*"

Go Knight! ;D
Anyway, I've now got the information I need (cheers Adannor!). I'll see if I can get a post written up, writer's block non-withstanding.

Hey, um...
I came in at a bit of a weird time, and I'm having a hard time keeping up and deciding what to do...
...I'm honestly considering just dropping from the main RP until season 2 starts. I don't know if I will or not, I just want to say that I'm considering it.

I'd try to help you, Mega, but sadly, I am having some trouble keeping up with groups that I don't have a character in.

Um, Guys?
When Ragequits happen, could you maybe wait a day or two before blanking your account? Or better yet, not blank them at all?
IIRC, when Whatshisface quit the first time, his posts eventually vanished, leaving a lot of holes in posts.
Even if you don't want anything to do with the RP anymore, it's still kinda rude to the people who have nothing to do with what's going on.

The way I see it, it's more or less a cry for help, or rather a way of saying "I've had enough of this, fix your shit, NOW!" but that's because of just how many times this has happened.

But yeah, let's move on.

Anyway, I've decided to stay. But I'm still completely clueless as to what I should do.

The last one, biomech? That was the camera flash, which I needed to turn on in order to make the pictures clear.

Doublepost! Whatever Knight intended to do with his long Magitopian spells, it didn't work out, mostly because they were designed to attack a human's brain. Amazo wasn't human, he didn't have brain, and his super senses worked in a completely different way, so when Knight finished his spell, the robot simply shook it off, glaring down at Jolokia. Wait, wait, wait, I thought we agreed that Amazo inherited the weaknesses of whatever powerset he emulated, and thus, that he was reasonably Superman-like enough to be affected by a magic spell, regardless of whatever technicalities his brain actually runs on. I mean... it's magic. It works around these things. Even if we do go by these strict Magic A is Magic A stuff, then logically, Knight's magic targets a Kryptonian physiology, which Amazo is currently similar enough to to be affected, just as he is similar enough to be weak to Kryptonite and to be powered by yellow sunlight. I'm fine with the magic not working, it just seems rather... out-of-the-blue to me. I mean, 'he's a robot so it doesn't work' isn't the best explanation, IMHO. Can't it be changed somehow? I understand that it might be a bit inconvenient, but... he could just swap to a magic-resistant powerset like Dr. Fate or something and shrug it off that way, swap back to Superman and then shoot the lasers.

I dunno, vulnerability to magic doesn't inherently indicate that something that specifically bases itself off of physical features of biology would work on a robot. It's not, say, a fireball.
