Name: Kirisame Marisa
Age: 16
Gender: Female
Appearance: "Time to kick some ass!"
Personality: Kirisame Marisa is a frequent liar and kleptomaniac. She'll steal anything that looks interesting or useful, provided it's not nailed down, and she'll even steal abilities from people she's met. She's also nearly always cheerful, always interested in a fight, friendly or otherwise, and an incredibly hard worker. To master the magic she has, she needed to train for a very long time. It's likely that most of her life was spent doing so. Marisa is also very proud of being the "Second best in Gensokyo" to Reimu, as well as being a good thief.
Abilities: Capable of flight and danmaku use, spellcards listed here.
History: Born, learned magic from an evil spirit, fought Reimu, became an incident resolver, and did various awesome things in addition to stealing many things.

Name: Yuuka Kazami
Age: Unknown. Very old.
Gender: Female
Appearance: Ultimate Sadistic Creature?
Personality: Pleasant and sweet. Also maniacal and frightening. Also protective. Also scary. Also friendly. Also random. Also a nightmare so twisted it makes Gengetsu cringe. She's... hard tp in down, really.
Abilities: Flight, flower manipulation and Spellcards Master Spark included.
History: Not a whole lot known. Though Yuuka generally implies it is full of bloodshed and grimdark. Probably explains all the bright, colourful flowers she surrounds herself with.

Name: Shujiko Ishi
Age: 163, appears 16
Gender: Female
Appearance: General idea Just assume she's brown haired/eyed until she gets serious.
Personality: Hot-blooded and over-eager, and also easily flustered, Shujiko loves to prove her strength and skill, as slight as it may be compared to people with actual talent. Although she doesn't hold herself in high regard, she'll still stick up for herself and prove her worth.
Abilities: Flight, Indomitable Will Power, and Spell Cards. Her theme seems to be 'relentless assault'.
History: Used to be depressed over a lack of opponents willing to fight her, because of her tendency to never stay down. Isolating herself, she recently ventured outside and finally noticed the cast of powerful characters flying around and causing a ruckus every other week.

Name: Inubashiri Momiji
Age: Considerably Younger Than Aya
Gender: Female
Appearance: Birdies!
Personality: Tries her hardest to act serious and the like, but she's kind of a failure in that regard and often gets flustered and starts acting generally moe. Seems something like a living magnet for teasing. Don't you just want to poke her and stuff~
Abilities: Sharp eyes and nose, can fly, okay with that sword, and better at volume of danmaku than any finesse. Has two cards.
History: Born, became guard. Generic stuff.

Name: Fujiwara no Mokou
Age: ~1500
Gender: Female
Appearance: Only with longer, cleaner hair.
Personality: Jerk. In short, she's a pretty poor person to be around most of the time, wanting everyone to do nothing more than get the hell away and leave her alone. This is the reason she lives in the Bamboo Forest of the Lost and silently shows people to the exit. She's more vocal to those that come picking a fight or the residents of Eientei, though, and is outright tsundere to Kaguya.
Abilities: CANNOT DIE, EVER. Summons fire. Flight. Cards!
History: Kaguya rejected daddy, Mokou didn't take it well and stole the Hourai Elixir. She wandered for ages, found Kaguya, and has been stalking her since then.

And now for one I'll finish in the morning:

Name: Alice Margatroid
Age: 19
Gender: Female
Appearance: Not shown: book.
Personality: Cold and distant but polite, Alice is a competitor with Patchouli for 'least social witch'. At least Patchouli has an assistant of some sort. The only person that she acts any differently towards is Marisa, who manages to bring out her sarcastic, argumentative side. Goes pale at the mention of dressing her up as a maid.
Abilities: DOLLS, DOLLS, AND MORE DOLLS. Also giant dolls. They all go boom. Technically, there's her grimoire, but that's unlikely to be used for anything at all because she's terrified of losing whilst using it. If she did use it, she has enough power to create a separate world. Spell Cards here.
History: Born or created by Shinki, Alice learned magic and just sort of hung around in Makai until the demons started visiting Gensokyo. After losing a fight, she went and dug up her book and... lost again, becoming Mima's maid for a few years. She stayed in Gensokyo even after getting away and moved into the Forest of Magic, becoming Marisa's neighbour. She became a youkai magician at about 17, so she hasn't changed since then. Currently trying to make a sapient, sentient doll.

Name: Wriggle Nightbug
Age: Unknown; look about 14.
Gender: Female
Appearance: A Bug of Light Wriggling in the Dark.
Personality: Brash and brimming with childish overconfidence. Something of a tomboy. She takes it rather personally when someone berates, offends or underestimates the significance of insects.
Abilities: Possesses the ability to control other insects, which she uses as her danmaku. Like a lot of Gensokians, she also has the ability to fly. Spellcards listed here and here. Also possesses the most powerful attack ever, the fabled and legendary Wriggle Kick[/b].
History: Not much is known, really. Most notable for getting beaten up during the Imperishable Night incident, and for beating up Reisen some time later.

Name: Konpaku Youki
Age: Unknown, but at least 300 years old.
Gender: Male
Appearance: The one on the left.
Personality: Despite his appearance, he's somewhat less serious than his daughter, and can be rather jovial at times. Over the centuries he's learned that it's better to enjoy life rather than to be serious all the time. However, that's not to say he can't be serious, and when he is... Well, those who made him get serious quickly learn the error of their ways. He's generally a pretty cool old guy, honestly, and more than willing to share the wisdom he's accumulated over the years to any youngsters willing to listen.
Abilities: Youki has all of the inherent abilities and spellcards of his daughter, minus the ones that specifically need Roukanken and Hakurouken to utilise. His swordsmanship far outstrips Youmu's, but due to his advancing age his physical capabilities aren't quite what they used to be, leading him to focus more on technique than power or speed.
History: Father of Youmu, who formerly held her position as Yuyuko's caretaker and gardener. For unknown reasons, he left Hakugyokurou one day and hasn't been seen since. However, once again for unknown reasons, he has recently left his self-imposed hermitude and has been seen wandering Gensokyo for... Unknown reasons. He seems to be trying his hardest to avoid coming into contact with his daughter or Yuyuko.

Name: Clarice.
Age: >100
Gender: Female
Appearance: Less human than most but still adorable~
Personality: Easily confused and not too good at socialising, Clarice is well aware that she had best stay the hell away from humans. Unlike most youkai, she has no hope of passing for one. Still, she likes people, and tends to demonstrate her affection in the best way she can: giving people hugs. Like many youkai, she's eaten people in the past, but due to being something KNOWN for eating people she has a lot of trouble actually suppressing her appetite.
Abilities: Control of reptiles, unusual strength, and the ability to swallow things larger than her head. No spell-cards, she's much more a fighting game character and doesn't really know how to work the system. Can fly but she feels silly doing it.
History: Born in Greece, she decided to move over to Japan at some point to meet all the youkai there, since they seemed more human and that sounded fun. She eventually ended up in Gensokyo and decided to live by a stream running through the Forest of Magic, coming out occasionally. Someone build a house right next to her, and she's finally decided to see who lives there... (Marisa)
