So yeah, vampires exist. Always have. These days, they're just a lot more subtle about it .They don't swish around with dark cloaks and fangs reaching their chin. No, of course not. Instead... they just look like normal people. They pretty much are, for all intents and purposes. Sure, they still need blood and stuff, but they aren't all bad.
Of course, that doesn't mean vampires in general are all good people. There's a few bad eggs, but that's what The Church is there for! They deal with the bad guys so everyone lives in peace and safety, and the other vampires can mingle without some idiot screwing things up. What's the Church, you may ask? Well... it's a religion. Called the church. They deal with vampires. The Exorcist Force is a section of this religion that deal with the bad guys. They tend to be very good at this.
Finally, there are vampire hunters. They aren't the most numerous group, and are generally associated with The Church somehow, but you do get the occasional fanatic of a hunter, hell-bent on eradicating all vampires, everywhere.
Well... there you go.
--------------------------------
Vampires: The creatures of the night. Though sunlight doesn't kill them, it drastically weakens their powers and can leave them quite tired. Speaking of powers, they can regenerate from any wound that doesn't destroy their brain or heart, and tend to have amplified magic power, though it also depends on the magic potential of the person who had become a vampire. Oh yeah, speaking of, while drinking blood can cause vampirism, the drinker has to explicitly wish to cause this, otherwise they may feed as much as desired.
Magus: Magus are... well, magus. They can cast magic. While powerful human casters are rare (vampires seem to naturally be more adept, for whatever reason), they are no less dangerous. Mages generally excel at one element. Fire, Wind, Earth and Water are the most basic and common affinities, but there are also more complex types of magic, such as electromagnetism.
Homunculus: Creatures that were created. Their bodies are composed of many materials and refined into a body. The souls... are ripped from living beings and implanted. Yeah, these things aren't exactly common, and while the homunculus themselves may not inherently be evil, you might want to watch out for the people that created them. They might not be sane.
The Church: The religion that helps deal with rogue vampires. They harbour no ill will to vampires as a whole, however... though they can't exactly represent every single person's opinion. The Execution Force are generally dispatched to deal with rogue vampires, and of this group, the most elite are known as High Executors. This group are granted blessed weapons and artefacts, powerful pieces of equipment to effectively shut down vampires.
--------------------------------
Name: Age: Vampires pretty much stay the same physical age as when they were bitten Race: Human/vampire/homunculi Appearance: Occupation: Vampire Hunter and/or something normal Powers/Abilities: Equipment: Personality: History: Optional

Name: Rosalie Kreuz Age: About 10, physically. Actually 250 Race: Vampire Appearance: "I don't bite."Occupation: Eccentric Rich Girl Powers/Abilities: Rosalie is a surprisingly accomplished artist. She is also inhumanly fast and strong, on account of being a vampire. That said, she loses all vampiric attributes in direct sunlight, and becomes weak and listless and rather sleepy. Which is why she carries a parasol at all times during the day. She is also capable of regenerating from even lethal injury, though it is very slow in sunlight and that leads to her appearing to be dead. Has to drink blood to live, too, obviously. Equipment: A length of razorwire, kept in a silver box. It's capable of cutting through most mundane materials. Personality: Refined, elegant, and a perfectly polite noblewoman. That is the image that Rosalie projects and cultivates. She wants to be this way, and she is to some extent. However... in addition to her appearance being frozen at that of a child, Rosalie's emotional and mental state are that of a child as well. A very intelligent child who has spent much of her life learning, but a child nonetheless. This leads to moments of immaturity and childishness, much to her dismay. Rosalie is fond of company and often invites others over for small parties or for tea. And not mentioning that her own cup of tea has blood in it, of course. History: Rosalie's entire life has been spent learning and staying mostly under the radar(aside from moving to Japan at some point and having a huge mansion constructed around 25 years ago). Eighteen years ago, she obtained a maid, named Maylene.

Name: Maylene Fairweather Age: 16. Possibly. She certainly looks it. Race: Homunculus Appearance: "Take it."Occupation: Maid of the Eccentric Rich Girl Powers/Abilities: Cooking, cleaning, the exact methods in which to quickly kill someone with any number of items, including mundane things like a butter knife, combat skills, stealth skills... oh, wait, those last few aren't something a maid should have... Equipment: Knives. Lots of knives. Though she can fight with a lot of improvised weapons, as well. Including a spoon. Personality: Quiet and serious-minded, Maylene is focused on her job and on caring for and protecting Rosalie. She is placid and focused, and friendly towards visitors that Rosalie has invited. Uninvited visitors, on the other had, get a far sterner greeting and are quickly removed from the premises unless Rosalie says otherwise. She is unshakably loyal to Rosalie, and would never, ever betray her. Not ever. She does not hesitate to kill, if the need be... surprisingly, she is very easily flustered or embarrassed. History: Maylene may have, at one point, been an Assassin. She may also not be human, it's hard to tell. She definitely posed as a nun at one point, and she killed someone at least once. How she came to be Rosalie's maid is anyone's guess, but she was in Japan when Rosalie met her.

Name: Rosemary Wilson Age: 16-18, apparently. Race: Human Appearance: "Oh, hello."Occupation: High Executor Powers/Abilities: Rosemary doesn't appear to have any special powers or abilities, aside from extreme strength beyond what her small and frail-looking appearance would indicate. While she doesn't appear capable of regeneration, she is very difficult to kill. Equipment: Rosemary possesses Divine Intervention( the one on the right). It is a huge automatic weapon, which fires small stakes. Each of these stakes are individually engraved with a cross, and individually blessed. Divine Intervention itself is also blessed, and is considered holy. While it is designed to be used against vampires, there are few targets which it is not useful against. Personality: Rosemary is dedicated, pious, and extremely faithful. She believes in being kind to others, friendly, and generally being as nice a person as possible. It is somewhat ironic, then, that she becomes extremely... "dedicated" during her missions against the vampiric, the monstrous, or the demonic. She is sent out only when it is necessary, and zealously eliminates her foes. However, she does not believe that all such creatures require elimination. Still, when it is necessary, she is very, very... dedicated to it. History: Little is known of Rosemary's past. However, it is known that she rose through the ranks of the Church extremely rapidly, becoming a High Executor at a young age... though it's not as if she appears to have aged since then. She has since executed her duties very well.

Name: Dexter Wright Age: 24 Race: Homunculus Appearance: ""Where do you think you're going?"Occupation: News Reporter Powers/Abilities: Dexter can easily manipulate people into doing what he wants them too; in other words, he's a smooth talker. In combat, he's fierce with Muay Thai, a certain kind of martial art that requires the eight points of contact: elbows, knees, hands, and feet. He's also pretty good at making pastries. Equipment: None other than a clipboard, which he will sometimes use to hit someone over the head with. Personality: Dexter is entirely apathetic towards others plights, only interested in any information he can release to the public. Despite this, he has a habit of saving people, if only to look like a good person. He's a shameless flirt, and usually takes things lightly, but when he wants to be serious, he's serious. He also has a curiosity streak five miles wide. History: He prefers to stay a nobody, and he does so, using an alias on all of his articles. If one were to notice, however, they'd find that Dexter has been in several jobs over the years, and that he doesn't seem to have changed at all.

Unfortunately, Rosalie doesn't have further openings for employees. However, I'd like to see your other ideas.

Name: Robin Sinira
Age: between 17 and 18 Race: Human
Appearance: Robin has short dark hair and olive toned skin with one eye brown and another eye bright green. He's about five foot five or so. His hands are calloused from constant archery practice and contrary to the typical image of an archer his body is fairly well muscled from constant excercise.
Typically during the day he wears a school uniform, but at night he wears a long black coat and a mask, the insides of both are adorned with shifting runes.
Occupation: Vampire Hunter and student
Powers/Abilities: Robin is a master of runes and runic magic, capable of invoking the power of various mystic runes for a plethora of effects. Though this can be a very versatile magic, runes typically have to be prepared in advance and often physically carved into objects, though less permanent mediums can be used at the risk of weakening the effects and creating the potential for runes to be destroyed or dispelled.
Robin is also an expert archer, acrobat, and hand-to-hand combatant, having trained from an incredibly young age to fight supernatural forces.
Equipment:Robin has a bow as his weapon of choice, used in conjunction with rune-marked arrows to combat supernatural threats.
In addition to the bow and arrows, Robin carries a highly sharpened ceremonial dagger used for carving runes, though in a pinch he can use it in close combat as well.
When in full Hunter outfit the mask he wears is engraved with a rune which obscures his presence and his coat is sewn with protective runes capable of turning aside small arms fire and blunting direct attacks to a limited degree.
Personality: Robin is analytical and can seem a little cold, especially while on the hunt. However, his mask of seriousness is prone to occasional breaks, revealing that he has an obsessive love of sweets and a soft spot for children, animals and cute things.
His stance on vampires is...complicated. While he knows that not all vampires are inherently evil he has also spent the majority of his life witnessing the worst atrocities such beings are capable of and his relations with them are jaded as a result.
History: Robin is apparently part of an ancient lineage of Vampire Hunters independant of the church. His father and grandfather were both Vampire Hunters, but he rarely speaks about his mother, and despite not being directly affiliated with the Church itself, he seems to be very familiar with its structure and on good terms with some of its senior members for some reason. He travelled the world for most of his life, just recently moving to Japan. Other than that he's not willing to say much about himself or his family.

Name: Lucille Ferrum
Age: 24
Race: Human
Appearance: Lucille is tall, about six foot two or so, and she's got hair almost that long, if not longer due to the way she tends to turn it into a high braided ponytail thing (as in a ponytail made of a dozen or so braids, not a plait or something). Naturally, this takes her quite some time to do, especially with the volume of hair. It's also dyed a vibrant, acidic green, despite being naturally brown. That's pretty much the most normal thing about her appearance, aside from the equally dull eyes.
Things start to get weird when you notice there's about half a dozen piercings in each of her ears, all small rings made of silver. That has nothing on her clothing, though: though it looks like she's got a long-sleeved shirt on and some sort of tight leggings, close inspection reveals that it's a ridiculously long black ribbon and the silver in places are actually dozens of piercings that appear to be used to actually keep everything in position. She's not quite covered but everywhere apart from her face (she adopted a do-it-yourself mentality that... seems to have worked, implausibly, but she doesn't want to risk stabbing herself in the eye) that you'd expect to find some in fact has them.
Two slender metal rods with crosses on the top hang suspended through three rings on her wrists.
Occupation: Previously a mage supported by a vast network of investments and trust funds. Somehow became an executor.
Powers/Abilities: She's a brilliant enchantress, though she isn't the best at powerful and permanent enchantments, though she can stack weaker ones. All those piercings? They actually have a point: they're impossible to rip out or remove for other people and they give passive buffs to her physical abilities and healing rate. The most powerful enchantments she has are the rods: they can become a pair of daggers, which can multiply and pin shadows, as well as being exceedingly tough.
Equipment: See above. The ribbon also repairs itself, clamps down on wounds to slow bleeding so things can heal, and is both warm and waterproof.
Personality: Weird. It's unknown where the hell she got these ideas but... well, she did, and now she's put them into action. Hurting her has the opposite effect as intended, in combat. Despite all the weirdness and having decided to become a vampire hunter because it seemed fun, though, Lucille does have some normal interests: she really, really likes playing video games and reading. Not too good at socialising, understandably, and she's one of those people who tends to come to odd conclusions.
History: IT IS A SECRET.
Probably here with the High Executor.

RP is starting soon, I promise. Name: Lucy White Age: 14 Race: Vampire Appearance: ...Must have been having a weird dayOccupation: Student Powers/Abilities: Standard vampire stuff. Her magic potential is so low that not even vampirism seems to really help. Equipment: Nothing, really Personality: Cheerful and energetic, even though she pushes herself to walk around in sunlight. She refuses to see herself as a vampire, but as human, still. She's also rather friendly and helpful, and fears what people might say if they found out she was no longer human. History: Just a normal human schoolgirl. Until about three days ago. Someone turned her into a vampire. She doesn't know who did it, and is currently in denial that she's been changed. After all, it's not like she's been burned alive yet, right? Though things might get awkward when her parents return from that two-week business trip...

Name: Vladimir von Vhampyre (stage name, but insists on being called it even when off the set) Age: 113. Looks to be around his late twenties/early thirties. Race: Totally not a vampire, at least. I mean, it'd be way too obvious! Appearance: He can't be a vampire! Why would he make it so obvious if he was? And yes, he dresses like that at all times. Occupation: Host of "Vlad's Witching Hour", a horror movie block on the local public access channel. Powers/Abilities: Aside from the general vampire powerset, he possesses the power to generate large quantities of fog at will. In addition to this, bats tend to follow him about wherever he goes, and will follow his every whim. He also has the power to transform himself into a bat, and whenever he does something overly dramatic there will be a loud clap of thunder, even on a clear day. Equipment: Um... I'll fill this in later. Personality: Acts overblown and hammy at all times, playing the part of a stereotypical movie vampire (even going so far as to slip in and out of a bad Hungarian accent). He's very affable, though, and shows extraordinary hospitality to guests. All in all, a cultured gentleman who... Is really, really milking the whole stereotypical movie vampire thing just so that no-one thinks he's a vampire because it would be too obvious. History: After spending years on the run after being turned, the vampire who would become Vladimir von Vhampyre managed to survive long enough to witness something that gave him a glorious idea. The thing in question was Dracula, starring Bela Lugosi, and he figured that if he acted as much like an over the top parody of Lugosi's character in the movie, then no-one would suspect him of being a vampire because it would be too obvious. And the funny thing is... It worked.

Name: Chikamatsu Miyuki Age: 17 Race: Human(Mage) Appearance: "My name is Chikamatsu Miyuki, welcome to the Chikamatsu Shrine."Occupation: Miko/onmyoji/student Powers/Abilities: As an onmyoji, Miyuki is practiced in the Eastern form of exorcism. While the West utilizes various blessed and holy artifacts for traditional exorcisms, the Eastern form is more akin to spellcraft, utilizing magic in order to cast a spirit from its point of residence. As she is still in-training, Miyuki can cast out animal or human ghosts, but beyond that she is unable to exorcise spirits. In addition, she has an elemental affinity of fire. She focuses on the combustion and ignition aspects of the fire affinity, and can create exploding ofuda. Equipment: A gohei and a great deal of ofuda. Personality: Miyuki, at first glance, is sweet and very polite to just about everyone. However, annoy her even slightly and she transitions from sweet and polite to bitingly sarcastic and sometimes outright rude. Both attitudes are genuine... she just has zero tolerance for people who annoy her. Miyuki is an extremely hard-working girl, practicing as much as possible in order to achieve more and more advanced spells and exorcisms as an onmyoji. She has a very low tolerance for perceived stupidity. History: Nothing particularly impressive, Miyuki is the daughter of the Chikamatsu family, a miko in a long line of miko and an onmyoji in a long line of onmyoji.

Bad idea, ho! - Name: Nekomi
- Age:~20
- Race: Homunculus
- Appearance: "My master had... odd ideas..." For obvious reasons, she keeps the cat stuff hidden, unless dragged somewhere it would be unremarkable.
- Occupation: Servant
- Powers/Abilities: Handy with a sword and can control water to form it into puddles. Why do this? Because she can then step into one and emerge from another. She's limited to bodies of water in her line of sight, though. Technically includes clouds. Very good in bed. Would be of great interest to Moe due to the only sexual acts she has experience with.
- Equipment: Her katana. Its most notable feature is that it can store water inside the metal, oddly enough, and dispense it later if she needs to be able to teleport.
- Personality: Stoic and serious, Nekomi has an attitude best described as 'misplaced samurai'. There's still some traces of the fawning kitten, though, mostly only if she's drunk or her creator has gotten her in private. Easily misunderstands things, though, if no-one remembers to correct her. She thinks that it's possible to get pregnant if ANYTHING finds its way there.
- History: Created by a lonely and... somewhat crazy mage, Nekomi's soul was taken from something that was dying anyway. Raising her to the point of usefulness took years but, as far as her creator was concerned, it was worth it, though the odd sexual ideas she had when the topic was brought up were strange. Not that they minded.
Nekomi gets sent on errands a lot, despite pretty much living in hotels. She's not sure why they don't stay in one place or where the money is coming from.
Her master probably shouldn't show up. >.>
