The characters I have would... probably break something like the Twilight Zone and it's kind of uninteresting to me anyway. Well, not the Twilight Zone show, the few episodes I saw were interesting, but... RPing in it not so much.

...Possible interest. Might use it to try and work out the kinks in Negarin, I guess. Not sure if any of my other characters will show up, but I'd at least use her.
Mind you, she seems more Tales From The Crypt than Twilight Zone, but they're both good stuff.

It's not based on any of the episodes, though. It's based on the backstory behind this.Here's the original concept. "The travellers find themselves suddenly split in two groups and one gets sent to Hollywood, 1939, and the other to the present. They have to find out the secret behind the mysterious Hollywood Tower Hotel and survive at the same time. But where can you run to, when the hotel itself is your biggest enemy?" |

As you were so keen to keep going on about last night: why? >.> In 1939, lightning struck the elevator towers, sending them to the Twilight Zone, basically described as "a place beyond your wildest imaginations, beyond the fifth dimension". In this version, the entire hotel was sent there, and what the people of the present are visiting is its... afterimage. Its projection. You can't destroy it because it doesn't exist in your dimension, but it has enough power to appear there and interact with people that enter it. Saying more would spoil the plot. |

Both. The 1939 is to investigate the hotel, and to find out how to break it out from the curse of the Twilight Zone.

Really, Rain, it's impossible for me to give out more of the plot without spoilers.
But this is what I can say. The modern team will be communicating with the past team, as the past team tries to break the curse. However, the modern team is on a hotel that's already been living in the Twilight Zone for 80 years, and so it has enough power to do... well... what it wants to do (which I won't say). And to do that, it needs something (see what I'm talking about?) What the hotel will do is try to pit the modern team against various enemies (both physical and psychological) in order to get that something. So while the past team is much more like Alien (the first movie), a much more "quiet" movie, the second one is more like Aliens (the second movie), action-packed and all that.

Well, what the hell would the bad guys be doing on an evil hotel?
I just can't find a reason for them to be there. Unless. Oooooh. No, wait, just found one. Yeah, bad guys can come in. Although this will be an Enemy Mine moment, seeing as the freaking hotel wants to kill them.
