Have you ever wondered if, in the setting of JTTM, someone were to charge Ea with Spiral Energy, or if N.A.V.I. can make animals?
Well, this is the thread to ask those and many more questions. Keep in mind, some of these might be spoilery, though there will be spoiler warnings before each answer.

Is a situation likely to come up where use of Ea is not considered overkill? =P

Hm... Possibly against Excalibur and other weapons powerful than Ea (Chou Tengen Toppa Giga Drill Break for one...)

Ea > Excalibur. Not sure how we'd manage to fight that, anyway... XD
Right, use Ea against something bigger than planets, got it. =P

What class will Shepard be? Would I be correct in presuming we'll be dealing with Renegade!Shep?
Also, will there be anything/anyone mundane tech can deal with? =P /half-joking mode

Possibly against Excalibur FOOL.

Archer. Definitely Archer. Oh! You mean the class in Mass Effect! Well, I guess Commando. The Shepherd I was thinking of is more Paragon in nature, with some Renegade tendencies (shot someone when he had the chance and goaded someone into suicide). Yes. Mundane weapons can deal with Daleks

If he's more towards Paragon, then why would he side with the bad guys? Especially since goading people(Saren, for example) into suicide is a Paragon option.
I was more-or-less expecting Tremendous dick!Shepard.

...Strange. Paragon!Shep doesn't strike me as someone who would be a villain. And cool, I guess that's at least one thing. =P
Also, where in the timeline is this Shepard being taken (I'd prefer you to answer without spoilers, since I'm only near the beginning of ME3)? Does he have the Normandy?

Well, one, I always imagined Shepard as the Token Good Teammate, and two, those Renegade tendencies? With him joining the bad guys, he gets to indulge in them more.
And don't worry, he's taken a few months after the events of ME1.

Huh. Still seems a little bit odd to me given how Shepard tends to be very much against evil if you play them Paragon, but okay.

So... this Shephard is kind of like Kotomine Kirei, then?

Well, sort of... It's more of a "we'll see what happens" thing, since Shepard is in conception for right now and has yet to be put on paper. The best thing I can describe Shep that I am thinking at the moment without going into spoilers for S2 is: "Father-figure"
And yes, there will be a Fem!Shep, but she's will be from an altered Mass Effect world, coming after (what I assume is to be) the midpoint of ME3...
And I guess I should confirm that there may be a trip to Fem!Shep's World.

Yes.
Make Kotomine Shepard.
You know this must be done.

I'm fine with normal!Shep, personally (mostly since I have no idea who the hell Kotomine is).
Also, now I'm going to have to blaze through ME 3, since I really don't want to be spoiled.

Basically, he's someone who spent his whole life up until the Fourth Grail War trying to be good.
Then he realised by the end that he WANTS to be evil. Sadism is the only thing he enjoys.
Brilliant healer, though.

Hm... That could work... I'll think about it, and maybe incorporate some of Kotomine in Shep.

Kotomine Shepard would be the best Shepard.
Well, not quite, but they would be awesome.

Would it be possible to go grab the other Kamen Riders to gang up on Daishoryou?

Well, it might be difficult to get all of them. Especially after Dai-Shocker was formed See, at some point or another, a rider either died fighting Dai-Shocker, joined them, or both. Before the Multiversal War, they were top-priority of things that must be dispatched on Daishuryou's list, mostly because of the fact that he died by the Riders' hands.
With him possessing Tsukasa, however, it was easy to ally with some of the Riders, like Decade!Yuusuke and Kaito, as well as several other riders. Though some were quick to get that "Tsukasa" isn't all he's cracked up to be, and so they usually died by his hands, as Yuusuke proved. Other riders, however, stayed. Some for the promise of power or something else, and others because they were that loyal to him.
Long story short: Nearly every rider is dead at the moment, and only their belts remain to tell their tale.

How ironic that Daishuryou is going to go out like he did in Let's Go Kamen Rider

How ironic that Daishuryou is going to go out like he did in Let's Go Kamen Rider Yeep. Or we could go MEGAMAX and summon them from Gaia Memories.

If it's at all possible, can we get some more information on the Se... Je... whatever Foundation? I'm genuinely curious to learn more.

Yes.
The Scheherazade Foundation is a company founded by President Jasmine with the goals and aims to be able to make Virtual Reality happen, with their motto being "To create a whole new world." Their completed project so far is a machine/drug combination that allows sleepers to share the same dream, with the machine called the PASIV Device, and the drug called the Somnacin. Research so far had also discussed something about the "Grand Delusion" or in Japanese, "Juu Mousou". Though this company has its bad roots too. Jasmine usually hires people to invade people's dreams and extract their ideas so that they can be used to further their research to build a complete and immersive way to enter other realms.
And then their encounter with otherworldly travelers happened. When it dawned upon Jasmine that there are other worlds for them to explore, she decided to dedicate much of the research team to building a ship that can travel through worlds based on the wreckage of a ship they had seen. Soon, the Scheherazade Foundation was able to go into the Multiverse and by doing so, throw their hat into the Multiversal ring.
Out of character, they're the tech and espionage-based villain group, so only characters with technology and/or really good spying skills are acceptable unless stated otherwise. In short, they're the villains who actually profit from their inventions, but do dirty and cutthroat tactics to make such inventions possible. Their ultimate goal being to make it so that everyone could be able to travel, so they have good intentions unless you think giving everyone the power to transport between worlds is a bad thing or go with the mantra "when everyone's a super, no one will be".

Bumping this up, since there's a Reboot, and I'm pretty sure some people will have questions about that and some other stuff of JTTM.
