Mini-RPGs aren't really like your basic RPGs, since there's no signups. This means that most of these are implied to be joinable by everyone, even random guests.
You don't want that? There's a simple thing to do. Put in your subject (or if you can't fit it, in the Opening Post) who this is for. For example, if you want anyone to join, put up "(Open to Everyone)" in it. If you want a specific faction to join, put up "(Open to [insert faction here])". If you just want a specific user to join, put up ([Username here] only)". If it's complicated (like certain characters or players), then put it in the Opening Post.
Failure to do so will either result in a GM editing the post to specify who can join, or make it the assumption that anyone can join.
