Name: Rain Age: Older than the 18 she looks. Sex: Occasionally. Female Appearance: Broadly this, minus the weird ears, only she wears a matching coat to Assassin's and outright took the sword from his body before less discerning (AKA: desiring to use it) scavengers could get it. Slimegirl? Yup. Chosen Power/Tech: Having chosen to overcome her terror of Berserker's stuff (because it finally sunk in after all was done that Mad Enhancement turned her into little more than a beast with a sword and For Someone's Glory actively destroys your identity for a while so no-one can guess) by mastering the sword another way, Rain has the following abilities: - Master Swordsmanship: Having made her first priority 'get a good, non-magical sword', Rain has had years--hard to keep track of due to skipping between worlds, learning stuff, and disappearing and ''then'' practising in the item world--to perfect using the Monohoshizao, not that she'd be a slouch with any other similar weapon. After finally reaching a point where she could be described as a master, she got the sword reinforced--after all, she didn't want to lose the same way Fake Assassin did. Still, a large part of her training was given over to trying to cut a swallow in flight, which leads to...
- Tsubame Gaeshi: On level ground, this is an attack that attacks from three sides within a single stroke and, so long as the blade is undamaged, is an impossible prison: whatever you do, you get cut ''somehow''. On uneven ground it's merely two strokes and extremely hard to get out of. Still, scary attack--and the result of trying to cut a bird. It's a sword-stroke that breaks reality.
- Slime Girl: Due to a weird accident a year or two ago involving a half-finished batch of potions, a badly timed arrival in a world, and an elephant, Rain is now a slime girl. This makes her practically immune to physical injury due to just joining up again but extreme temperatures are lethal. She tends to just disconnect from part of her body and go to sleep as a loli. Very squishy, can reshape her body as a weapon of last resort.
- Dimension-Cutting Slash: Used for travelling between worlds.
Faction: Meow Dynasty World of Origin: World of Yuri Lilim Personality: It seems that years of swordsmanship have calmed Rain somewhat, or maybe that's getting a girlfriend. However, that's like saying that the sea is slightly less wet in summer because of evaporation. Still acerbic, still prone to overreacting--she's just good at calming down with a sword in her hand. In a way, she's scarier now because she can actually do considerable harm to a person if she forgot what she was doing; swordsmanship is pretty much instinctual and she's willing to lash out when provoked. Bio: After the events of season one, Rain removed the Berserker shard and gave it to April for safekeeping. Then she went looking around feudal Japan for a certain future-wraith's corpse, borrowing the sword. What followed was years upon years of training, interspersed with vast amounts of having fun in one way or another (even if the teachers enforced strict schedules, they couldn't stop transdimensional cheating) to lighten the load up. Eventually, though probably longer than Assassin himself took, she got Tsubame Gaeshi down. She's not really sure where to go from here, especially after the slime thing. Find a way to improve her speed and strength? Probably. As for her sister, April's possibly the richest being in the multiverse. She certainly has enough money to pay for the construction of a planet out of hand, then finding a genuine pirate ship and purchasing it before turning it into a spaceship. She doesn't like leaving the thing, though, with at least one room featuring both computers and excesses of books.

I've been thinking of a villain who sort of works for all sides, taking a disguise for each faction he works with... Kind of like a certain Super Sentai villain...

By the way, Yuuki Liner's transform belt is up for grabs for season two.
And I think I'll heavily loosen up on the Gig's plotting >.> I'll keep my own minion for an opportunity of serious manipulating (that's what she specialises in), but mainly it will be him throwing chips into the chessboard just to see how they turn out.
So yeah, third villainous faction, maybe vaguer than the other two.

- Name: Kickster "Kick" McKickington Gertrude
- Age: 17
- Sex: Male
- Appearance: This
- Chosen Power/Tech: Kick is, by far, the most skilled bender of the Gertrude boys, having almost single-mindedly mastered the art of firebending, as well as the specialized forms of lightning generation and redirection. When he works with his twin sister, Punch, he can wield the extremely powerful forms of Magmabending.
- Faction: None, will join whichever faction his sister joins.
- World of Origin: World of Avatar.
- Personality: Rather shy, Kick would probably hide out in a mountain and practice firebending until he starved if it weren't for his twin sister, to whom he is fiercely loyal, and whom he follows everywhere.
- Bio: The child of Mary and an earthbender, Kick didn't do much, mutely following Punch around, and eating the food Mary brought back to them after a day's thievery, until one day, Mary decided it would be fun to see if her kids could bend. Taking them down to meet some teachers, it was discovered that Kick was a Firebender, and Punch was an Earthbender. After that, Kick quickly turned out to be a prodigy, with naturally excellent breath control, a powerful drive to master the art, and surprisingly high levels of self-control. As he got older and mastered normal firebending, he moved on to lightning generation and redirection, and, after reading about the legendary ability of the avatars, began working with his sister to develop Magmabending, a deadly combination of Firebending and Earthbending, allowing them to control magma and lava much like water. Other than that, he's mostly just been perfecting his skills, and following Punch around on her adventures.
- Name: Punchy "Punch" Punchinstein Gertrude
- Â Age: 17
- Â Sex: Female
- Â Appearance: This
- Chosen Power/Tech: Punch is a highly skilled Earthbender, and the second most skilled bender in the Gertrude family. She is capable of easily pulling off most Earthbending moves, and is a capable Mudbender and Sandbender. When she works with her twin brother, Kick, she can wield the extremely powerful forms of Magmabending.
- Faction: None, will join whichever faction is the nicest to her.
- World of Origin: World of Avatar.
- Personality: An outgoing person, Punch is willing to make friends with almost anyone, and is rather hyper, although she can rein that in if she thinks it might be annoying someone. She is extremely adventurous, and lives to travel.
- Bio: The child of Mary and an Earthbender, Punch enjoyed exploring as a child, often with her brother, Punch, following her, and spent all her time doing that, until one day, Mary decided it would be fun to see if her children could bend. Taking them down to meet some teachers, it was discovered that Kick was a Firebender, and Punch was an Earthbender. After that, Punch soon discovered that she had a natural knack for bending, able to bend even heavily diluted earth. As she got older and mastered Earthbending, she began working on Mudbending techniques. After her brother read about the legendary power of some avatars, they began to develop Magmabending, a deadly combination of Firebending and Earthbending, allowing them to control magma and lava much like water. Aside from that, Punch spent most of her free time traveling the world with her brother.

Punch has been redeveloped, after careful thought. Note that sandbending and mudbending are both extremely close to normal Earthbending, and any Earthbender of reasonable skill should be able to do at least SOME sandbending.

So I've decided that this guy may be going for Season 2. - Name: Subject Ψ/Psyga (True Name: Ryan Sozin)
- Age: 31
- Sex: Male
- Appearance: The glasses are actually fake.
- Chosen Power/Tech: His superiors have fitted him with the Meteor Driver, a belt that used to belong to Ryusei Sakuta before he was killed in the middle of a skirmish between Dai-Shocker and the Red Pirates. The Meteor Driver allows the wearer of the belt to call forth a satellite to send a beam towards them to transport them and place them in a special suit of armor. It's there that Psyga transforms into Kamen Rider Meteor. Meteor's wrist worn brace, the Meteor Galaxy, has been upgraded to include nine levers, representing the 8 Planets and Pluto. When one of the levers is pulled, his fist changes into a projection of a planet using Cosmic Energy. In order...
Mercury's Lever grants him Mercury Bubble. Mercury's projection allows Psyga to fire bubbles at his opponents, trapping them in place while he pops them with rapid-fire fisticuffs.
Venus' Lever grants him Venus Beam, in which a bright beam is fired from the projection of Venus.
Mars' Lever grants him Mars Fire, which is similar to the original Meteor's Mars Breaker, though with the added bonus of firing off bursts of fire from the projection.
Jupiter's Lever grants him Jupiter Thunder, which sends bolts of lightning from the red spot on Jupiter's projection.
Saturn's Lever grants him Saturn Silence, which is similar to the original Meteor's Saturn Sorcery, though with the added bonus of the rings being able to eliminate non-living objects and reduce them to ash.
Uranus' Lever grants him Uranus Shake, which is similar to the original Meteor's Jupiter Hammer, though with the added bonus of causing earthquake like tremors when hit.
Neptune's Lever grants him Neptune Wash, which fires out a stream of water from Neptune's Projection.
Pluto's Lever grans him Pluto Stop, which allows Psyga to temporarily stop time for five seconds. Once the time stop ends, Psyga can't use his Meteor Galaxy until he demorphs, which also blocks his Limit Break. And even if he demorphs, he has to wait a while (about three hours) before he can transform again.
Psyga only has one Limit Break, or Finishing Move, which is the Meteor Supernova. Upon activating the Limit Break with his Meteor Switch, Psyga creates a projection of the entire solar system, with his opponent in place of Earth. He then would jump up and preform a rider kick in which he kicks through planets Pluto through Jupiter, then kicks the Sun, which would then blow up and take out the other planets, taking his opponent with it. However, this is just an illusion, and instead, the opponent would feel a shocking and burning pain upon the kick.
- Secondary Power: Because of his Cyborg nature, Psyga is capable of above average strength and speed, though the trade-off is that his exterior in human form is very weak, and so a good punch can dent and wreck some circuitry in his body. Though his head is immune from this, as he proves by bashing his head against a wall.
- Faction: Formerly Dai-Shocker, now Gig's World Eaters
- World of Origin: World Of Lilim
- Personality: Psyga, as part of his job, is cynical and snarky. He is also very bitter, acting like an utter jackass towards others, including his higher ups. He's also easy to anger, especially since his operation has made him susceptible to rage in an effort to boost up Cosmic Energy. When he's angry, he will want to turn anyone, friend or foe, into torn pieces of paper. He is also a potty mouth, often saying swears to punctuate what he is saying. He is also a "seen-it-all" kind of guy, who has seen the far reaches of fail. He also has genre savvy, though towards crossovers, not genres in general.
- Catchphrase: "It has moved... Pain is my power!"
- Bio: Psyga, or as he used to be, Ryan Sozin, was taken from his home one day and was asked to look at some fan fiction. At first, the fanfiction was harmless at best, and probably some of the most entertaining he's ever read, but then he got to the fail, and read horrible crossovers which had characters do next to nothing at all, and sometimes it would be ripping off of other, better movies. The fact that he had to settle for crap fanfiction caused him to lose all hope and gave in to his rage. Exactly what his higher ups wanted. Little did he know, he was being experimented upon by Dai-Shocker as part of a special project involving their findings on Spiral Energy, finding out of a bastardization of it called Cosmic Energy, located highly in Madoka's World and Kamen Rider Fourze's World. His level of rage would be enough to start generating Cosmic Energy. Dai-Shocker then invaded Fourze's world to obtain the Fourze Driver, but instead got the Meteor Driver after Ryusei was killed in the battle. After massive upgrades, the Meteor Driver was equipped onto Psyga and he was robotized to fight for Dai-Shocker's cause.
That is, if it hadn't been for the fact that Daishuryou was killed during the attack on Yamaku, and thus most of the research for building cyborgs went to fixing up Daishuryou. Psyga stayed there motionless and comatose for twenty years mid-operation. Soon, a survivor of the Multiversal War, Virgo, picked him up and finished the repairs. She then had him join the World Eaters, the same faction she is in at the moment due to Gig forcing her to join. Psyga didn't mind, so long as he gets to exert all the rage he had building up for twenty years.

Name: April. Age: Somewhere in her late thirties, probably. Sex: Lots. Also, female. Appearance: This. There's a few differences, though: footwear dropped because she isn't really walking anywhere and poking Moe's breasts with that stuff would be annoying and she has pixie wings. She's also about eight inches high. Chosen Power/Tech: - Remote Connection: This is, in fact, just a small doppelgänger cut off from her full power, since that sort of thing is dangerous. April's also got her mind in here and her body on the Vimana, so if anything bad happens that justifies bringing out the big guns, she can be there in a moment's notice. Other stuff also insures she can be back there in a moment's notice if something decides to try and attack her. - Flight Faction: Meow Dynasty. Personality: The more level-headed of the twins, April doesn't seem to really get worked up about much. She's much more likely to mock and be sarcastic than go on an angry rant than Rain. On the other hand, she's also the more perverse of the two (or, at least, openly perverse) by a significant degree. She's also the one less likely to bring as much power as she can to bear for the slightest thing, being a lot more conscious about spamming powers that could level an entire army with ease. Views pursuing romantic relationships for their own sake as weird. Strong friendships plus sex... kind of leads to the same sort of thing, without the other baggage, really. Bio: Last time she went to a random world with the Gate of Babylon, she ended up annihilating an entire skyscraper. Whilst other stuff from inside there managed to prevent any deaths, she's acutely aware that Gil's level of power is something of a problem... so she's decided to not take it with her, just have it on standby within reach (and inside the pirate ship, which she rather likes, so that she has an excuse to bring it along as a free hotel) in case it looks like her friends and family would be in lethal danger without it. So, if they got attacked by Servants or something.

Name: Urasawa Ryou Age: 20 Sex: Female Appearance: With the bandages and everything. You do NOT want to see her eyes. Oh, you do? Fine.Chosen Power/Tech: -Infinite Adaptations: Kaleidoscope. Those eyes, though they see nothing, have an incredibly important use: they allow Ryou to eventually learn, master, and possibly (if the enemy wasn't a master themselves, surpass) any skill that she survives an encounter with. Of course, she can't instantly do that. The way Ryou describes it is everything being split into ten discrete levels and the eyes can unlock a certain number based on events (training can slowly allow her to unlock anything, winning a fight generally unlocks one, and strange events in general or achieving goals might work), though some could require more. The only things she has unlocked to start with are: -Psychic Potential: Possessed independent of the eyes (hence Psychic Awareness). Faction: WBX. World of Origin: World of Yakuza Personality: Ryou considers herself to be little more than a tool and the property of whoever her master is at this point in time. Though not emotionless, one could be forgiven for thinking that she is: all outward displays of personality are suppressed and she refuses to indulge in her natural sarcastic bent or blood knight desires. Bio: Born and pretty much handed to Yakuza, Ryou has been raised to view herself as a tool of criminals and displays a shocking lack of morals or objections to anything she is demanded to do, regardless of the acts. This also explains why her namesake (a dragon) is tattooed in intricate detail across her back twice--one western, one eastern, and both battling. The eyes are actually artificial, though she's the only person found whose condition was deemed expendable enough to risk killing with the procedure. Likely picked up due to seeming interesting. Might replace Sparrow.

Well, so far there's three, W-B-X, Scheherazade Foundation, and the World Eaters. Scheherazade Foundation's limitation though is it's only for tech-based villains.
And there may be more villain factions after.

This is basically what you need to know about the Scheherazade Foundation, from my Ask The Word of God thread: Out of character, they're the tech and espionage-based villain group, so only characters with technology and/or really good spying skills are acceptable unless stated otherwise. In short, they're the villains who actually profit from their inventions, but do dirty and cutthroat tactics to make such inventions possible. Their ultimate goal being to make it so that everyone could be able to travel, so they have good intentions unless you think giving everyone the power to transport between worlds is a bad thing or go with the mantra "when everyone's a super, no one will be".

Alright, to further the planning process, I have decided to include a faction sheet so that you can create your own factions.
[ul] [li]Faction Name: [/li][li]Faction Laconic Description: Describe in a nutshell what this faction is. [/li][li]Faction Leader: (Link to the leader's sheet, or if it's a new leader, provide his sheet along with this) [/li][li]Requirement: (What would a character who is being signed up to join this faction need in order to fit with that faction?) [/li][li]Motive: (What is their goal) [/li][li]Alignment: (Is this faction a heroic faction, or a villainous faction? If there's shades of gray, such as evil characters but good motives, try leaning to something like Anti-Villainous) [/li][li]Allies: (Which factions would this faction consider its ally?) [/li][li]Enemies: (And which factions would this faction consider its enemy?) [/li][li]Backstory: (What led to it's formation and involvement in the Multiversal War?) [/li][/ul]
Now go, and create to your hearts content!

- Name: Nico
- Age:15
- Sex:Male
- Appearance: Here.
- Chosen Power/Tech: (Still thinking)
- Faction: Neutral at first.
- World of Origin:World of Lilim
- Personality: Nico is easy-going and cheerful. He doesn't really feel the need to get into other people's everyday business, but if someone's clearly upset he'll try to help with the situation. He is rather adventurous, and has an interest in how things work, and why. He has a tendency to get really really wrapped up in a project and work until he burns himself out. On the flipside, if he's not all that interested, there's a good chance he won't even attempt it.
- Bio: Working on this
- Name: Chloe
- Age: 15
- Sex: Female
- Appearance: Boom.
- Chosen Tech: Transformation Trinket from Heartcatch Precure. Better description forthcoming.
- Faction: Neutral at first.
- World of Origin: World of Lilim
- Personality: Chloe is quiet and serious. She is also rather blunt, and will often just state whatever she feels. Not to say she isn't a nice person- she simply finds it better to not beat around the bush. She cares very strongly for her friends and family, and has a taste for writing.
- Bio: Working on it.

You've missed something, GCR: greater than or equal to the sum total of its parts. That you can't be immune to super strength is kinda irrelevant when you have enough firepower to carpet bomb enemies with ease. Same with explosions, since range isn't infinite, and I doubt people are liable to have massively high-powered spells right off, at least not if we want any kind of tension.

I don't actually know. Lightning gave the suit 400% power. Yes, and that scene still has me screaming LIGHTNING DOES NOT WORK THAT WAY. If something electrical gets struck by lightning, then nine times out of ten it will fry. Possibly explosively.
