Alright, this is for fun, since I have little to no idea where to fit him.

• Name: Subject Ψ/Psyga (True Name: Ryan Sozin)
  
• Age: 31
  
• Sex: Male
  
• Appearance: The glasses are actually fake.
  
• Chosen Power/Tech: His superiors have fitted him with the Meteor Driver, a belt that used to belong to Ryusei Sakuta before he was killed in the middle of a skirmish between Dai-Shocker and the Red Pirates. The Meteor Driver allows the wearer of the belt to call forth a satellite to send a beam towards them to transport them and place them in a special suit of armor. It's there that Psyga transforms into Kamen Rider Meteor. Meteor's wrist worn brace, the Meteor Galaxy, has been upgraded to include nine levers, representing the 8 Planets and Pluto. When one of the levers is pulled, his fist changes into a projection of a planet using Cosmic Energy. In order...
  Mercury's Lever grants him Mercury Bubble. Mercury's projection allows Psyga to fire bubbles at his opponents, trapping them in place while he pops them with rapid-fire fisticuffs.
  Venus' Lever grants him Venus Beam, in which a bright beam is fired from the projection of Venus.
  Mars' Lever grants him Mars Fire, which is similar to the original Meteor's Mars Breaker, though with the added bonus of firing off bursts of fire from the projection.
  Jupiter's Lever grants him Jupiter Thunder, which sends bolts of lightning from the red spot on Jupiter's projection.
  Saturn's Lever grants him Saturn Silence, which is similar to the original Meteor's Saturn Sorcery, though with the added bonus of the rings being able to eliminate non-living objects and reduce them to ash.
  Uranus' Lever grants him Uranus Shake, which is similar to the original Meteor's Jupiter Hammer, though with the added bonus of causing earthquake like tremors when hit.
  Neptune's Lever grants him Neptune Wash, which fires out a stream of water from Neptune's Projection.
  Pluto's Lever grans him Pluto Stop, which allows Psyga to temporarily stop time for five seconds. Once the time stop ends, Psyga can't use his Meteor Galaxy until he demorphs, which also blocks his Limit Break. And even if he demorphs, he has to wait a while (about three hours) before he can transform again.
  Psyga only has one Limit Break, or Finishing Move, which is the Meteor Supernova. Upon activating the Limit Break with his Meteor Switch, Psyga creates a projection of the entire solar system, with his opponent in place of Earth. He then would jump up and preform a rider kick in which he kicks through planets Pluto through Jupiter, then kicks the Sun, which would then blow up and take out the other planets, taking his opponent with it. However, this is just an illusion, and instead, the opponent would feel a shocking and burning pain upon the kick.
  
• Secondary Power: Because of his Cyborg nature, Psyga is capable of above average strength and speed, though the trade-off is that his exterior in human form is very weak, and so a good punch can dent and wreck some circuitry in his body. Though his head is immune from this, as he proves by bashing his head against a wall.

• Personality: Psyga, as part of his job, is cynical and snarky. He is also very bitter, acting like an utter jackass towards others, including his higher ups. He's also easy to anger, especially since his operation has made him susceptible to rage in an effort to boost up Cosmic Energy. When he's angry, he will want to turn anyone, friend or foe, into torn pieces of paper. He is also a potty mouth, often saying swears to punctuate what he is saying. He is also a "seen-it-all" kind of guy, who has seen the far reaches of fail. He also has genre savvy, though towards crossovers, not genres in general.
  
• Catchphrase: "It has moved... Pain is my power!"
  
• Bio: Psyga, or as he used to be, Ryan Sozin, was taken from his home one day and was asked to look at some fan fiction. At first, the fanfiction was harmless at best, and probably some of the most entertaining he's ever read, but then he got to the fail, and read horrible crossovers which had characters do next to nothing at all, and sometimes it would be ripping off of other, better movies. The fact that he had to settle for crap fanfiction caused him to lose all hope and gave in to his rage. Exactly what his higher ups wanted. Little did he know, he was being experimented upon by Dai-Shocker as part of a special project involving their findings on Spiral Energy, finding out of a bastardization of it called Cosmic Energy, located highly in Madoka's World and Kamen Rider Fourze's World. His level of rage would be enough to start generating Cosmic Energy. Dai-Shocker then invaded Fourze's world to obtain the Fourze Driver, but instead got the Meteor Driver after Ryusei was killed in the battle. After massive upgrades, the Meteor Driver was equipped onto Psyga and he was robotized to fight for Dai-Shocker's cause.

• Chosen Power/Tech: Natural affinity of a wolf, with claws on both his hands and his feet. He has incredible speed and strength, beyond that of any ordinary human, though not so far as to say he could throw a car. Has enhanced senses as well. His actual power, though, is particularly special. So long as he is the weakest member of his "Pack" (All of the people on his side if he's fighting), he can make it so that he takes an attack from an opponent targeted at someone else. For example, if someone slashes one of his comrades, he can make it where that cut instead appears on him, causing him the pain and blood loss as if he were the one cut instead of his comrade.
  
• Faction: Brotherhood
  
• World of Origin: The World of Lilim
  
• Personality: He's playful, joking around a lot to the point of making a fool of himself at times. Omega automatically considers himself the least useful of any particular group he's in, as his name might suggest, and if he's not he may even take measures to come off extra foolish to put himself below them. However, some of this is subconscious so he may not realize what he's doing. He prefers to distance himself from anyone on any emotional level, and seems to come off somewhat as an outcast despite being so outstanding in his "Class Clown" type of behavior. He always tries to do the right thing in spite of everything, and enjoys helping anyone whenever possible.
  
• Bio: He was born last out of three boys, and was a good few years younger than the middle son. He was always struggling to keep up with his brothers, though his parents were good to give attention to all of them. Despite that, however, he still felt like he wasn't as good as his brothers so he spent a lot of time in school screwing around and acting the fool.

• Appearance: Ok Mr. Sonic, do your best!
  
• Chosen Power/Tech: Cream has the ability to achieve flight by rapidly spinning her two large bunny ears. Her flight won't let her go to any amazing heights, and she can't fly all that fast, but she can go a good distance. In addition, despite her small stature, when she flies she's capable of carrying large loads including both Amy and Big the Cat at the same time. She has high levels of speed, though not anywhere near Sonic or Amy levels. She uses her small blue companion who is always with her, Cheese, to perform attacks by having it ram into targets.
  
• Faction: Brotherhood
  
• World of Origin: Mobius
  
• Personality: Cream is a princess-like figure; she is polite, just, follows manners (and never forgets them) and does what she is told. Her mother's strict, but kind discipline has made Cream very polite. She's very friendly and tries to be close to everyone she meets. She is brave as well, usually not afraid to go out on an adventure. She’s a bit naive however, and doesn’t always see things right away, since she’s still very young. She is very honest, and does not lie. It is mainly from being polite and good-natured. She doesn't like any form of violence, abuse or fighting and only fights to protect the people she cares about.
  
• Bio: Cream spends her time playing games with her friends, doing chores for her mother, and occasionally helping fight against the evil Doctor Eggman. Usually, though, she only helps because she was kidnapped by him, or one of her friends were in danger right in front of her.

Alright, I'd probably suggest the Brotherhood for both of them, since the Brotherhood's pretty much the active Good faction.

Other than that, you're accepted, though there's a simple manner of how they're transported to the world the other people are currently on, though it's pretty simple (they just get teleported via one of the Monitors, probably Seer/Deus)

Hello, I got linked to this game by a certain someone who has been recently trained by Segata Sanshiro. If you are taking new players, and if this is indeed the right place for new players to apply for characters (I'm getting the vibe it's for approved players only, but I'm not seeing any other threads or "Instructions On How To Join This Game"), thank you for your time looking over this and any insights you may have to making it fit better with the game and it's setting. Or where I'm supposed to actually post this stuff to not make an embarrassment of myself.

I'm almost going in blind since I was never around for the old TVtropes version. I'll be going through a reading binge of the RP thread on this site through the night and hopefully some setting blanks will be filled in for me there.

• Description: Entirely generic. Joe is an almost tall, slim young man with short blonde hair, brown eyes, and an expression usually of the 'I'm putting up with something' variety. His clothing usually consists of the slacker default of T-Shirt+Jeans+Sneakers and the implied undergarments. The closest thing to variety would be his tendency towards Wet Ash Gray zip hoodies or windbreakers, the choice between them depending on the weather.
  
  
• Personality: Joe has a conflicted personality, so far as the desire for sarcasm about people doing stupid unsafe things and a conscience that makes him do stupid unsafe things is conflicted. He is the sort of person who likes to sleep in, will complain about effort citing laziness, but consistently puts in the amount of effort needed when procrastinating isn't an option anymore. Joe is aware he sways between looking like, and actually being a bitter whiner, but intends to keep his whining away from angst territory and firmly in shallow annoyances territory. He is either good with or horrible with small children, depending on how well 'take their questions seriously and give them straight answers' works for a given situation.
  Hot blood isn't something he has much practice with, however spite and seething annoyance can make do for stand-ins.
  
  
• Bio: When David Darkthorne met his future wife Eliza for the first time, his first words were "Oh hello pleasedon'tshootmeinthehead". The place, back of her car. Which David had fled into to evade an irate mob when he snuck in a petition to make women eligible for the draft into an equal rights rally.
  
  Joe meanwhile, has had a much more normal life by comparison despite (or in spite of?) his parentage. A boring dull life, punctuated by his father acting like a Texan Gomez Addams, and the occasional reminder that his mother was the Gun Nut of the family. His lack of placeable accent and general demeanor are picked up from his Mother's side. Public school came and went with Joe settling in to helping at his Father's auto garage.
  
  How much do you know about A) Green Lantern Lore, and B) Rainbow bright? You probably know more than Joe does. But as a result of a drunken bet, Joe ended up involved in writing a Green Lantern/Rainbow Bright crossover fanfiction. So Joe wrote, with only "Green Lantern is always punching things", "Short Guy Hate Colors", "My first hangover someone end it all" to guide him.
  
  The good news, Joe's Hangover has worn off. The bad news, he's woken up far and beyond the average distance of "nearest gutter". The still in judgment news, a mockery of a Lantern Ring is in his possession.
  
  
• Chosen Power/Tech:
  Defective Lantern Ring; This transparent Lantern ring has the color code symbol worn off. It mostly works.
  Ring Pros: Flight, Barriers, Costumes (Thankfully opaque, except when the slapstick gods demand we see his boxers). No charging, no color coded weakness.
  Ring Cons: It's stuck on Punch. You know that whole "Infinite possibilities, but he's always making a big fist" joke? Yeah, the ring can only form hands of varying size for offense.

Ah well. Wouldn't be the first game I've checked out that didn't turn off the "accepting applications" marker/Edit the Opening Post of the Char App thread to say game was full. Yet I keep falling for it.
