Okay. A little better. Let's look at the individual powers. - Phasing: I see no problems with this.
- Speed Force Aura: It is okay. Especially since it's technically a required secondary power.
- Supercharged Brain Activity: Um... what? Am I reading this correct? Super thinking? I... No. I understand it's "thinking at a fast speed", but I don't really think this one would be acceptable.
- Superhuman Endurance: Accepted for same reason as Speed Force Aura.
- Vortex Creations: I've actually seen this done in Freedom Force. I don't see any problems with this.
So with only one power being rejected, your chances of being accepted have been increased significantly. Like, 90% acceptable.

Alright. I guess you're accepted then.
The current arc is taking place in two different worlds at the moment. You can either choose Batman's World, Gotham, or Full Metal Alchemist's World, Amestris.

Alright, another sign up:
Aleph Sugumorri
Age: He looks like he's 17 or 18 ish.
Appearance: Medium tall typical manga boy- could be leaning on the bishonen side of things. He has faded gold hair as in it is obvious that he used to be blonde headed but now it seems like a substantial part of it has turned greyish white. Not many other special features except he has constantly gloved hands. (I'll draw something for Troy to post up.)
Chosen power:
Since Dous Espada has Hacks No Jistu as his power I'll be doing some twisting with canon.
Aleph has the ability to slow time down to 1/4 its natural speed for himself- you can see it in two lights- either he becomes 4 times as fast or you become 4 times as slow. This I will point out lasts only one minute at the longest for Aleph- the last time he pulled this trick for its full duration he fell into a coma for abround 2 days.
Axe of Ruin: This is when he Releases- an great axe that slowly ages whatever it touches- its not insta kill anymore- think of it like a blade made of sulphuric acid. Aleph cannot keep his released form for long either- he has not yet tried to push himself to the limits with the release and sofar the longest he's stayed released was half an hour and that left him physically and mentally weak for the rest of the day.
Aleph Hates his new powers, he sees all life as precious and now he has the power to take life away at a whim, he refuses to use his powers in normal conflicts and sue to this he has grown skilled at wielding his axe- the normal one mind you.
Faction: This one is another loner, he has yet to join a faction, choosing to wonder around on his own but as the game starts he will choose a faction.
World: Lilim
Background: Aleph was originall just a normal boy...not that his life was too ordinary: He started out as an escaped orphan- he found another just like him wondering the streets. With something to live for he devoted his life to making a life from scratch- after around ten years he and the girl he had found on the streets had rented a small house- she goes to school and he goes the job hunting. Of course nothing ever lasts and the Boy gets sick- very sick- it seems that a latent package of TB in him had finally decided to awaken due to a bout of ill health.
That was his dilema: He was in hospital and his 'sister' couldn't really pay the fee that would be landed on them. This is where the shards come in- one day while in bed Aleph is struck by one of the shards- the subsiquent outbusrt of power disentergrated the entire hospital and everything inside it except for him.
Realising the threat he poses on everyone around him he sends himself on exile. After discovering the multiverse through his ability to traverse space as an Espada he becomes something of a gun for hire- the money he gets he sends home to his sister.
Thats about it.

Umm... why the hell have you gone for Barragan over Starrk? Starrk's ability (and coat) is more awesome. And doesn't have such a big problem attached to it. >.<

Alright, let's go over the powers here... - Aging - So in other words, insta-kill? I mean, it's good you've employed a way for him not to go around killing people, but this may be sketchy.
- Time slow: Hm... I dunno. What do you mean by "In the air around him?"
- Respira: Oooookay, this is also instakill. As with the axe of ruin.
- Cero seems okay though.
At this standing, I'm not exactly sure how this guy would be acceptable on powers alone. If he wants, he could simply just kill the villain and be done with it. That could be game breaking. You may need to nerf some of them before I can accept. His backstory, on the other hand, is okay.

Rain: the Starrk Idae I have not given up on,; In fact I'm trying to remodel the duo into something with a backstory I like. The Backstory for Aleph was an idea for a comic I've had for a very long time and even now I still changing it. @psyga: I'll nerf him, I thought his powers were a little dubiously insane as well. Though this forces me to do some finger pointing: Are you saying that my guy is even more overpowered than Troy's Emo-awesome Knight Fire with his seven forms of judgement? From What Troy has told me Knight fire's 6th Form had the ability to cause an impact so powerful that the sky turns to parchment and rolls away. Don't forget that Troy is also playing Long, I have no complaints with that, I'm looking forward to Troy playing Long actually but to be fair- Troy Is playing a demigod who has Lol Respawn painted on his face. Anyway- Edit Edit Edit!

Hurm... when you put it like that, I might need to think about it. It's not overpowered, though. I said that it would be game breaking.
But considering how half the cast allegedly seem to have respawns and how two (or more) are immortal, your chances have increased a smidgeon. 25%. The reason is that the other half of the cast aren't that lucky. Stick them into the smog, and they're probably done for, right?

well..you see, I've edited, I certainly do not mind playing underpowered characters- I am after all playing Kane in an RP containing Sauron and Megatron.
I'll post a sign up for Ganymede and Icarus later- that would just be for a fail safe- something to fall back on.

Hm... That looks more acceptable. Congratulations. You're accepted. You now have a choice between Gotham/Batman's world or Amestris/FMA's world.
