And his character joined the arc before. He got left in Feudal Japan for two years between the two.

Name: Ciarán Sheehan Age: 16 2/3 Sex: Even more unlikely than the last guy. Appearance: Brown Hair, Blue Eyes, Grey Glasses discoloured by dirt and age. Quite tall, and obese. Chosen Power/Tech: The Powers Of Steve?: Superstrength, unseen Bag of Holding, Crafting, Enchanting, Potion Brewing and his attacks hit harder if he's running or jumping. Any blocks placed by him, except sand or gravel, defy gravity, if he gives an animal their favorite food, he will induce a breeding state, which causes the animal to mate with another in the breeding state, producing an offspring with a human-sized head whic grows to adulthood after a day, and when he isn't hungry, he can perform a variety of things such as prolonged sprinting, double-length jumps and regenerating health. However, these activities cause him to be hungry again. Faction: Is it still called the Brotherhood? World of Origin: This one is actually from Lilim. Personality: Asshole, self-depreciative, somewhat depressed. Likes reading, creative writing, playing video games and research. His moods and outlook on life are subject to change at random intervals. One constant is that he continually talks to himself.

Yeah. It's still called the Brotherhood. The signup's a little short though. Powers are good, however. I suggest beefing up the personality a bit. Give it more detail.

How would you describe my personality?

Hm... Well, those three wouldn't be the first things I would think of. If I have some clear memory, you're anything but. Jerk, yes, but not asshole. Let me see what I can do based off how you described your personality.
"Although Ciaran is a jerk, he does have a soft spot for {insert hobby here}. The failures of his past has led him to be self-depreciative, even if it doesn't feel like he should. He is also occasionally depressed."

Look, that's not what I meant. I mean like... Don't make your personality a one-liner. It should at least be a guideline as to how your character acts in the RPG.

Sure. I guess... It seems a little bare bones... but meh. I guess you're accepted. You have a choice between Gotham or Amestris (Batman or FMA), though I recommend you read up the RPG to see what has happened so far. Maybe just the last five pages.

Alrighty, let's look at this now... - Super Strength
- Leather TARDIS
- Super Speed, Jumping, and Healing at the cost of hunger.
- Gravity defying blocks?
- Induces animal breeding by feeding fruit?
The additional power is pretty good, but I'm a little confused at the latter two. Like in a "lol, wut?" sort of way. I'll accept the third listed power, but I'm not sure of the latter two.

You see, in Minecraft, you collect resources in cubic metres. If you place this cubic meter anywhere, it defies gravity. It will float in the air, unsupported. Unless it's gravel, sand, paintings, torches, item frames, ladders, signs, anything that by defeinition needs to be connected to something. Anvils fall too, which is funny.
The other is the result of attempting to breed animals. Weird process, probably works on humans too. Sheeps and Cows eat Wheat, Pigs eat carrots, and Chicken eat seeds. Villagers do it naturally though, if there's housing available.
And the Bag of Holding thing would be better phrased as Hammerspace. If he's not holding it, it disappears, and he can pull it out of nowhere. Only nine items can be accessed instantaeneously at a time, a reorganization of inventory is needed to get anything deeper in.

Hurm... Well... the breeding thing will definitely not be accepted. The cubic gravity maybe good though it's pushing it. Some may argue that you're overpowered, but compared to others, your character seems to be middle tier at the moment. I dunno. Someone might prove me wrong, however. Your chances of being accepted have increased, however.

Okay, so I'm considering you being accepted. Before I do, however, you must promise me one thing: don't start up any problems. A lot of people are worried that you might cause fights or do other sorts of shit, the kind of shit that got you banned before. Try and prove them wrong. If not, then what was the point in trying to let you back?

... also, don't abuse the ability to create stuff; resources aren't THAT plentiful and you're not allowed to reconstruct the environment on a whim. :/

Alright. Now, I'm feeling a little unsure of the Steve? guy... But... I'm going to take a risk and say he's accepted. Though just to play it safe, just his top three powers are okay...
You can start out in either Gotham or Amestris

I'll go to Gotham. I'm sure an obese teenager who looks similar to a former member of The Brotherhood will fit fine there.

I hope this is ok.
Name: Joseph Mason Age: 17 Sex: Male Appearance: Joseph is a white man with black hair and green eyes. Most of time he is wears blue jeans, a brown jacket and brown shoes, however whenever he is in combat Joseph a moron and silver version of The Flash’s costume, minus the wings on the cowl. Chosen Power/Tech: Joseph has obtained the powers of the super hero called The Flash through the use of a power shard. This means he is now connected to source of power of Flash the omnipresent energy field called the speed force. The speed force is what allows Joseph to move at super speed. Alone with super speed Joseph has gained the powers of:
• Phasing - Speed Force conduits can vibrate their molecules so quickly that they can achieve intangibility for short bursts allowing them to phase through objects.
• Speed Force Aura - People who are propelled by the conduits during high speed situations can survive the harsh conditions associated with mach speeds. When the conduit must rescue an individual from a burning building these individuals will be protected while within the aura.
• Superhuman Endurance - Speed Force conduits have to access the Speed Force for a number of different tasks. Most Speedsters use their superhuman speed and react at superhuman speeds; therefore, they must run for extended periods or operate for a large amount of time. Their bodies can handle the stresses of superhuman racing without noticeable distress.
• Vortex Creations - Speed Force conduits that plant themselves on the ground and rotate their extremities can cause an incredible amount of wind to burst through their focused funnel. Most Speedsters use this ability automatically when they run reducing the air currents around their body to low enough levels to no longer inhibit their speed. Creatively, Speedsters can create tornadoes and gusts with their arms.
Faction: Brotherhood World of Origin: World of Lilim Personality: Joseph, at first glance appeasers to just be your typically everyman thrown into the middle of a conflict way bigger than him, but that is not quit true. He is pretty dam smart, he is no genius but he comes pretty close, this mostly shown though his wiliness to learn new things and occasional use out of the box thinking.
Bio: Joseph Mason lived a pretty normal life, he spent a lot of his spare time reading comic books, mostly superhero ones. His favorite being The Flash, Joseph was never quite sure he was drawn to Flash, maybe it was the idea of the mantle being passed down through the generation, maybe it was various or maybe it was the way writer’s eloquently descried the experience of moving at super speed. Then one day while walking home, Joseph notice a strange crystal. Out of curiosity he picked, only be blind by a flash of light....

... Okay... Well... How do I put this? I guess listing what problems I see helps. First, that's a lot of damn powers. Plus, we had a sort of debate on super speed after one of the characters used Super Speed to counter someone else's super speed. This will need a nerfing, starting from the subtraction of some of his powers and also that the Super Speed will be on-par with other people with Super Speed (Someone who moves at the speed of sound will match speeds with someone who moves at the speed of light, or vice versa) 2. It's a little late in the game to introduce a new villain. In fact we already have our main villains lined up. I'd understand if this were an S2 character, but for an S1 character, this might not do, especially since we're in the penultimate arc right now. Until these problems are fixed, your chances of acceptance are very, very low.

Perhaps using the DCAU Flash's powers would fix everything. He is far less hax, after all.
