I've got a belt which uses magic coins made of human desire that channel the power of: - insects (Stag Beetle, Mantis, Grasshopper)
- Sea Creatures (Killer Whale, Electric Eel, Octopus)
- big cats (Lion, Tiger, Cheetah)
- heavy mammals (Rhino, Gorilla, Elephant, Kangaroo, Panda)
- birds (hawk, peacock, condor, parrot)
- reptiles(Cobra, Turtle, Crocodile, Chameleon)
- dinosaurs (Pterodactyl, Triceratops, Tyrannosaurus. Got two sets of these.)
- arthropods (Scorpion, Crab, Shrimp)
- mythic creatures associated with fire (Salamander, Cherufe, Kitsune) and lightning (Raiju, Thunderbird, Chinese Dragon)
- Ultraman
- and various Kamen Riders. (Skull, Eternal, Accel, Double)
I also have the aforementioned gatortrain, and I'm married to a Firebending Avatar. Our kid's going to be the Avatar next. Other characters are a robot Power Ranger who can use the powers of the Robot Masters like the Gokaigers do with other Sentai and uses magic to enhance his physical attacks and a woman from Hyrule who got turned into a succubus, contracted to Etna, is in a relationship with an FMA homunculus-demon, and will eventually get the power to turn herself into candy syrup to attack and defend via a Cursed Fruit. |

Huh? Oh right, self insert had Mazinger Z (Shin Mazinger version, so Big Bang Punch~), got unceremoniously killed in Hades and is now a Disgaea catgirl demon thing who has a weird friendship with Raineh's pixie. She created two vassals who are basically my other two main characters now; a valkyrie whose prowess with the blade is matched only by her stupidity (because she's an expy of Fighter, right down to knowing Zodiac Kenshido >.<) who has Archer's powers now, and a cynical, sarcastic fire witch who thinks everyone is an idiot.
...Had a couple of others, but they got phased out when I realised I wasn't doing anything with them really. >.<

"weird friendship" = "friends with benefits". Meowrin prefers the term "sexfriends". : P Also, Meowrin, Jolokia and Anise. ...Really need to make those last two look a little less like the generic units for season 2. Hmmm. |

Used a text description (blonde, figure has become athletic by using a power which physically drains the user, shaggy hair, prefers T-shirts, jeans and tennis shoes) for John, but he can become Kamen Rider OOO or Ultraman. Ozu, the creator of John's belt and the Emperor of the Fire Nation is married to Azula and is a clone of John that grew a beard. Murray (the Cyber-Ranger) looks like this outside his Cyber-Red costume. The black part which includes his eyes is actually an LCD screen, so the eyes change shape with emotions. Anny (the succubus)... her measurements are in her ask thread, curvy figure, bat wings, cow horns, yellow eyes, and a tail that can switch between a heart shape and barbs on the end. Usually scantily clad. |

My self insert has the Magun from Final Fantasy Unlimited, which allows him to shoot gods, mythical creatures, the devil and giant magical whales at people. Also it's powered by souls. He looks like this. And wields this which can turn into this. |

I have a... THING, regarding Fanboy/EU scale Lightsabres. One too many novel length text dumps thrown at me about how "Without the force you will basically die if you so much as touch one. Without the force it will EXPLODE if you try to build one, nothing can withstand it except this one material which we will not let you have, etc etc blah blah". When there are THESE Things. starwars.wikia.com/wiki/LightfoilThere are only Two differences of the "modern knockoff" Version. 1) Have gone from just as strong as a lightsabre to weaker because CRYSTALS 2) ANYBODY can use one now that they are not as powerful and cool as a Lightsabre, because ?? There is no goddamned difference in how they function or "why you will chop off your privates if you try to use one without the force". My theory is the Force is a jealous jerk and lets "inferior" weapons pass because it's trademark killstick will still be stronger. I love the old movies, I even have a certain "Well, that was at least hilaruous" affection for the prequels. But 99% of every Star Wars Fan I've met tend to be busy explaining/enforcing "Those without the force can suck it". EDIT: While I don't tend to go around as a grim brooding murdering anti-hero, I also have a tendency to ignore Dark side point/humanity point/etc systems because they clearly do not apply to the rest of the universe outside of PCs. "If you get too low in humanity, you go wild animal insane. you killed a hobo while draining their blood? You have a drooling problem. Now...
